WORSE THEN ONE STAR negative stars should be available!!!!!! Woman at office was super ignorant office smelled she smelled and no matter how much I told the dr I didn’t want opiates for pain meds he pressured me into them then after 4 years of prescribing them dropped me as a patient when I asked about help with opioid addiction because he couldn’t prescribe to me anymore because I refused them.. this drs office ruined my life and started me on a crazy path of addiction and heartache.. please anyone considering them please be ware they won’t sit and discuss side effects chance of addiction anything with you because the secretary behind the desk absolutely refuses to do her job ... The woman that works at the desk and checks you in, is very rude and mean all the time. She has a horrible attitude and is just a awful person for no reason. They double book appointments, have you waiting an hour past your appointment and then rush you in and out. Very messy, papers and folders everywhere. Looks like it hadn’t been clean in years, there dust and dirty everywhere. Never going back. Very ghetto, not recommend. By far the worst place I’ve been too. Very unprofessional. I had to sit on a small filing cabinet in the waiting room. The women at the desk was very rude and never had my paper work. The doctor himself is nice, but has no clue what he is doing.

Office smells like cat feces , Very dirty, leaking roof. rude as could possibly be at the front desk. Would not let me use the phone to call my ride. Walked out to go to another doctors office

Ive been going to this doctor almost my entire life. If it wasn't for my family being family friends I would've left a long time ago. The woman is rude. The doctor is lovely. They have no office hours yet they have three offices. They dont want you going from office to office because she doesn't want to do the work to get your paperwork there. If you want an appointment in Lockport the only times available are 12 to 4 on Tuesday. Thats it nothing else. The woman gets really nasty with patients. The doctor himself is a very nice individual. not a good doctor! missed several diagnosis with my health & I had to go to other doctors to find out that I had several serious health problems going on. Dr Nagalla totally missed these diagnosis & he only spends 5 mins on you every doctors visit! pick another doctor, don't go to him if you value your health!
