I would give this zero stars but there isn’t an option. Absolutely pathetic and lazy service. Waited 2 hours TWICE even with an appointment. On both occasions, the doctor didn’t see me but instead I was seen by the nurse practitioner. Horrible place; would not recommend.

I was in and out in 30 minutes- that’s all I can really say.

Dr. Chava is a great doctor. He is a very hard worker. He saved my life many times. He has great bedside manners and cares about all his patients. He visits you in the hospital unlike some doctors who don’t. His office staff has improved since he hire Grace as his office manager. She has over 30 experience. She is super nice and a hard worker. I recommend Dr. Chava to everyone.

We won't be going back. I can't tolerate the office staff flauting their health to my sick mother.

Was a new patient my appt at 1:15..was told to show up at 12:45...i showed up. No one there..no notice of being at lunch...called got answering service who also didn't tell me they were at lunch...called them back at 230 they said they were st lunch didn't know why I was told to show up early...all other 1 ratings were right!!!!!

Wait time is beyond ridiculous. Staff is super uninterested in helping you.Don't expect a phone call back either. The exam rooms are dirty. Overall, terrible experience.

This was my wife's first visit with them and had a bad experience with the still on-going billing issue. Though, it was made clear initially - before the visit and during the the visit, that this is a Wellness check. However, shockingly, we received bills from the Insurance office, as their billing department did not code them correctly. We contacted them personally for more than 5 times and the front office staff, blame billing dept and billing dept blames the office manager. It's been over a month and the simple issue is still pending. Not sure - what should be done? Do you still want to visit them and create problems in your life????? Have been going here for a couple of years. Dr.Chava is very good and dedicated.

Highly recommend Dr. Chawa. I can rely on him for any of my healthcare needs. Staff is very helpful too.

I have found dealing with Dr. Chava very frustrating. I have encountered very long wait times and unresponsiveness to follow up questions. The practice does not have an option for online test results etc as most modern medical practices do. What I hope for in a family physician is some level of attentiveness and a sense that the doctor is willing to take the time to attend to me personally. I instead find Dr. Chava to be too busy to attend and his office staff unenthusiastic at best.

There is NO nurse with this doctor. Getting refils out of this office isnt happening and when i call they tell me my mail order company never faxed it.so i go to the office and request it and they had it in a folder and said they didnt know it!!! The girls lie for each other and the dr called me a liar. Changing doctors after 2 years of this bull. My husband still goes to him and even he cannot get answers out of the office....dr wrote a paper perscription and had made a mistake on it....pharmacy called for correction and over a week later and no answer. I Finallyfound a real Dr. This dr is no geriatric dr. His staff is lazy and inefficient. If you'relooking for a real effective Dr. then don't pick Dr. Chava.

DR CHAVA isn't very patient with his patient's. his office staff lies and when you call them out on something they act as if they didn't know. getting anything from them for an elderly person is almost impossible. they ignore you phone calls and send you to the voice mail when you call or they put you on hold and make you hold for over a hour . so you have to call them back and then they are supper short with you.. worst ever! Dr, Chava did a great with my Dad up until he passed away on October 18th, not impressed with his staff, very hard to get them to return a phone call or do as they promised.

They charged me even i didn't had to pay now trying to figure it out for over a week to get paid back the amount what i have paid. I keep getting told they wait on the answer from the billing department. I had enough and requested to contact the billing department on my own. TERRIBLE STAFF. Rather, what staff? Dr. Chava was my attending doctor during a hospital stay. He's a great physician: however, it's near to impossible to reach his office staff or get a return call. Disappointed.
