I was lied to on multiple occasions of coverage and told them if my insurance didnt cover it i didnt want the service. Im also in more pain then i was when i came there the first time. He glued my back teeth together and i still cant floss between because of the pain and i can only eat one one side because of the awful filling job he did. He also IGNORED me letting him know I was in pain and traumatized me because of it DO NOT GO TO HIM theyre billing me for services that were done wrong. Dr. Jones and his staff have always been so accommodating and understanding and they're great with kids.We love this office!

My absolute favorite dentist. He is who recommend to anyone looking for work to be done. Very accommodating to last minute appointments and any questions needing answered.

Dr Randall Jones is an awesome dentist. He was super compassionate and patient with my daughter who had several very bad experiences with other dentists. The reason for the low rate; we recently started doing foster care. Called to set an appointment for one of our children. They told us they wouldn't see them because they have OHP and they are no longer taking OHP patients. We also have several grandchildren who have gone to him that because they have OHP will no longer be able to go to him. Dr Randall Jones is an awesome dentist. Amazing staff. These guys are super friendly, and extremely good at what they do. I started seeing them after an emergency visit for a broken tooth( they came in on a Sunday) and have been with them since. Would reccomend them for everyones dental needs.

Wont fix my tooth cuz i missed one appotment cuz i was sick.. before that i would have gave him a 5 star but now i have to be with no teeth on top and bottom tell i find a new dentist and have to be in pain tell then

Honestly, we had a very bad experience with Dr. Randall Jones. He did a filling on our daughter that was done so poorly, she had to go to another dentist to have a root canal. The other dentist told me that it was a direct result of the filling being done wrong the first time (by Dr. Jones). He replaced a filling in one of my teeth that, months later, still hurts. It's likely that I will need a root canal too. The assistants and hygienist were kind and seemed very knowledgeable. Honestly, we had a very bad experience with Dr. Randall Jones. The dental hygenist is absolutely the best for anyone who struggles with anxiety about having dental work done. She tailored my cleanings so that she could take as much time as I needed. It took multiple visits to complete my cleanings, but I never felt as though I was an inconvienence or absurd. I experience increased sensitivity and general anxiety that often brings me to tears in a dental for really no reason at all. She made me feel so at ease and normal. I couldn't imagine a better hygenist exists than this amazing lady. I went 10 years without a cleaning I happened upon her, practically right in my front yard. Also, the dentist is equally patient and understanding of individuals with special needs. Plus, he likes Little Shop of Horrors...that's bonus points for me. The rest of the staff was awesome. All in all, I would say a very positive experience...I doubt that many people could say that when referring to a visit to the dentist. The dentist has always been great if not a bit on the expensive side. The receptionist is terribly rude and needs to work on her people skills, more specifically how she talks to people over the phone. There are better options in town.

Randell Jones was very gentle and smart about his work. His asst. was very good,. My daughter really liked the lady who cleaned her teeth. friendly office.

The staff in the office is great! We have 3 younger children and they went out of Thier way to make them comfortable and explain things to them. They worked to make it so that we could do all 3 kids at the same time so that we weren't waiting for each individual appointment. I had some really bad dental problems that were not getting resolved by other dentist but that didn't slow down Randall C Jones Llc!!! 1-2-3 what was years of pain vanished!!! He's a down to earth person with a down to earth staff. Now, I love going to the dentist!!! It's all good!!!
