Dr. Randall J Kirwan

Dr. Kirwin is who we have gone to for years but when we changed insurance and I contacted his office because the insurance said he was a listed provider, his front office clerk told me they were not. I mentioned that another dentist in town was also listed as covered and perhaps they would have more information. A few days later my husband called him to try to figure out how we could use our insurance with Dr Kirwin. He told my husband that I had threatened him with going to another dentist and I would be sorry if I did but, and I quote, "you just tell her to come on back and I'll forgive her and take good care of her." One word. Creepy. Another word. Threatening. Why would I give anyone with that attitude permission to enter my mouth with a drill? My whole family found another dentist but quick. Doc Kirwan has always been great for myself and my family. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

When my son and I first went to him, he was awesome. But now he has been Not so good. He fixed my son's tooth, it didn't hold, he really redid it, it didn't work. He put a crown on mine, it came off. He was just to busy to take 15 minutes to put it back on. I'm not impressed.
