I saw Dr Paul in the emergency room at Oberlin, he was very courteous and knowledgeable of women's health issues.

I would give no stars if I could. Spoke to me very rude, did absolutely nothing for me, prescribed me medication I didn’t even need or use, and was told to follow up with a general doctor. Left with no answers and a bill of almost $2000.

Saw my 17 year old son in the ER at Mercy Oberlin. Son had a fever, with bad sore throat and terrible ear pain. Doctor spent approximately 12 seconds, glanced in one ear, prescribed ear drops and sent us on our way. Horrible. Two days later, he was treated at Cleveland Clinic for strep, inner ear infection and possible mono. He never even looked in his throat!

He is arrogant and rude.
