Great, straight talking kidney expert. I learned a lot. Exceptionally kind staff. Dad died of kidney issues, so I’ma not paranoid. Dr. Chen put me at ease and gave me the steps too my most optimal way forward for best health.

Dr. Randolph Chen is a very good doctor and nephrologist. He does not only treat me for my CKD, but explains to me in layman's language his diagnosis of my disease and his advice and recommended treatment. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions with utmost honesty. By strictly following his advice and recommendations, I have delayed my dialysis for at least two years now. Dr. Chen is wonderful. He listens and answers all my questions. He takes excellent care of me. I so appreciate all that he does for me. Thank you.

Dr. Chen was very thorough and patient in answering all my questions. We talked through televideo which was easy to use. Appointments were easy to set up and I definitely felt like he prioritized me to get me in. Oh, and his scheduling and support assistant, Kathyann, is amazing!
