I had a procedure done Oct 12,2021 in I’m very pleased with the results. My recovery went well.I can say if I had to do it all over again I would , In he’ll definitely be the doctor performing my procedure. Him in the Staff is amazing! I will refer him to anyone who’s looking to change anything.He deserve a 5 ⭐️ Thanks Dr.Proffitt

Dr Proffitt was so wonderful many years ago, when I had a breast augmentation, I decided to return fo a facelift & eyelids. I could not be more thrilled with the care & service.

Office staff was awesome! Dr. Proffitt his nurse did my procedure and it went off without a hitch! I found my go to guy! Thank you Dr. Proffitt!

I have had a wonderful experience. I had a tummy tuck and its changed my whole out look on life. Dr. Proffitt was wonderful and so was the staff. I will continue to go to Dr. Proffitt in the future.

I should have written this review 5 years ago when I first had my facelift but like most people, I returned to my busy life and forgot. My wife and I have been to see Dr. Proffitt many times. I get Botox injections, and always have a good experience both with the staff and Dr. Proffitt. The Botox always seems to last longer than Botox I've received elsewhere. My wife is planning on having surgery with Dr. Proffitt for a mommy makeover.

I had a wonderful experience with an outcome I hoped to accomplish. Dr. Proffitt is a very skilled and competent surgeon. He is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon which is important to me when making a decision of this nature. I highly recommend him!

My brother and sister-in-law recommended I visit Dr. Proffitt’s office when I was looking to have a small raised mole removed from my chin. Being that it was on my face I didn’t trust a dermatologist to do the job, I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. Dr. Proffitt did an amazing job and the scar is almost nonexistent. I went to doctor Proffitt's office for juvederm. I loved his staff, they made everyhing so easy from booking the appointment to coming in and filling out consents. Dr. Proffitt talked with me before the procedure so he could fully understand what I wanted. He also made sure to show me my lips at different intervals during the procedure so I could see if it was the look I wanted. My sister lives in Mobile and had heard good things about Dr. Proffitt, so I came all the way from Huntsville for a consultation on a facelift, upper eye lift and lower eye chemical peal. I was impressed with his credentials and his staff, so I I had him do the surgery. My family didn't understand why I even wanted the surgery, until after I healed! My dad saw before and after photos and said "know I can see why you wanted it done.", and my sister-in-law said she had been practicing fake compliments, but when she saw me, she said "it really does look great, he is a very talented surgeon." With breast augmentation when did it become acceptable practice to leave a patient with a huge disfiguring hematoma? This leaves the patient with one breast larger than the other, an unnatural look and feel. Because of the hematoma it also stretched and scarred my nipple. Proffit used the wrong size implant on the left side even though we consulted on size before surgery. He placed the implant so far under my armpit it is diffcult to shave and embarrassing to wear sleeveless tops because of the excess skin. On the right side he gave me a hollowed out hole with a different type implant that is also badly placed. This is not what we had decided on during the consult. He has not learned to put in the gel implants without giving his patients a hematoma. I am not the first. During my surgery I also had Juvederm around my mouth, he only did one side of my mouth. This was distrubing! I guess he forgot to do the other side. With the 38 years of experience you would think he would be better skilled and have some regard to his patients out come and his reputation. I paid $5,000 for this surgery without insurance. I pleaded with him to fix the hematoma. He wanted to charge me $3,000 to fix the hematoma he gave me. I feel I was cheated and wronged. I had a medical procedure performed by Dr. Proffitt. Very professional. Staff was very kind and accommodating. I was very pleased with the results and recommend Dr. Proffitt for your medical and cosmetic procedures.

I went in for my breast reduction after a terrible year of health problems. It did take about 2 months to get approved but that was due to my other doctors and insurance. I did develop some fluid in my right breast that was super awful but they were very helpful through the process. I LOVE my new boobs. I have no more head or neck pain and I feel great! I would recommend Dr Proffitt to anyone looking to have this procedure done.

Dr. Proffitt and his entire staff were SO amazing from start to finish! From my initial consultation to follow up after my surgery, Dr. Proffitt, his nurse Denise and his entire office staff were kind, professional, and very responsive to my needs and questions. I have already referred two friends to him????

I had several procedures done by Dr Proffitt. I look and feel 15 years younger! I have had so many compliments about my face! No one can believe I had anything done! ( no “windswept” look) and I would definitely recommend him!

Dr. Proffitt, his nurse, and office staff are wonderful. They take care of you through the entire process and always make you feel special.

During my breast augmentation surgery dr. Proffitt left me with a huge disfiguring hematoma in my right breast. He badly placed the implant under my armpit. The left implant has a hollowed-out area and badly placed implant. Follow-up surgery he told me he needed to move the left implant and remove the hematoma but first put me on medication to reduce the swelling. Next visit he wants to charge me $3,000 to fix the hematoma he gave me. I paid $5000 for the surgery.

Trust him immensely. I've had two surgeries that I am very pleased with the results. He is a very caring and competent man.

Arrived early for my appointment and waited 2 hours after the appointment time to even be seen.

I visited Dr. Proffitt's office for a consultation on a procedure that I had called to get information on. The staff could not give me information and insisted I come in for a consultation. I was not informed that there would be a charge for this. After arriving, I was told there was a charge .. at this time I did not even know if he could do this procedure and was hesitant to pay the fee to be told that no, he could not do it. I did however and was led into a room to watch a video on eye surgery, which is not what I had come in for. At this time I just had a bad feeling and did not feel comfortable. I did not see any literature on the procedure I was interested in. I informed the office staff that I had changed my mind and did not want to see the doctor. They were somewhat rude and said that I would have to call the office manger (Jeannie Proffitt) to get a refund because she was not in. When I did call her, she was very rude, unprofessional and said she would not issue a refund even though I did not see the doctor. Luckily I paid with my credit card and called them to inform them of the situation, so it was charged back to them. I did make an appointment with a doctor in Pensacola who does do the procedure I wanted. Do NOT put yourself through a bad experience with this doctor!!!!!! I arrived early for my new patient appointment. 45 minutes after my appointment time I was told that the Dr. had an emergency and would be late (I already knew that!) I asked why I was not told this when I first arrived so that I could have chose to reschedule or wait. She did not have an answer for that, I paid my copay an waited ANOTHER 30 minutes. When I finally did see him he did not appear to be very interested in helping me. I would not feel comfortable having anything done at this office.

Rude and unknowledgeable office staff. Very bad experience. They advertise that they do a procedure and then you go in and pay the consultation fee (which you were not informed of when you make the appointment) to find out they do not.

When I went to see Dr. Proffitt about my tummy tuck, I was surprised on how affordable the procedure was. He answered my questions, and told me what I can expect from him. While preparing for the procedure, I called many times with questions, and the staff was always eager to help me. Not only was my procedure a success, it was better, and easier than I thought. After the procedure, several small issues concerned me. Dr. Proffitt and his staff always took care of me immediately. I was never made to feel silly for the things I was concerned about. I recently visited Dr. Proffitt's office to get Botox done. I get a little squemish around needles so I was pretty nervous. Once the nurse and office manager (Sara and Jeanne) found that out that were very understanding. They offered me a sprite made sure there was an ice pack ready for afterwards and stayed with me while he injected me. I hardly felt anything it was so nice to be treated that way since in the past most doctors haven't really cared that I don't like needles. This was just the opposite as soon as Dr. Proffitt entered the room they told him that about the situation and he said he understood one of his own daughters hates needles. He listened to exactly where I wanted my wrinkles to disappear told me where he would inject the Botox to help with that, made sure I was ready and then did the procedure. It took less than ten minutes. Jeanne and Sara made sure I was feeling alright and then I was on my way. I will be going to Dr. Proffitt for all my future procedures this was the best experience I've ever had at a doctors office I recently visited Dr. Proffitt's office to get Botox done.
