Rani Kapur-Pado

I was able to get an appointment earliest for 3 weeks later. And finally when i went for my appointment, they made me wait 45 minutes in the waiting room, 15 minutes in the patient room. So after 1 hour of waiting for nothing, i left without seeing the Dr. And when i had asked the staff, 'how long i will wait?', they were laughing and telling, 'Oh this is normal for her (for Doctor Rani Kapur Pado), sorry'. Such a waste of time! They are not even sorry for this.

2 hour wait . dr kapur has patients 11 am she herself comes to work at 2pm . Yes, a 2 Hour wait ALWAYS.. she gives about 15 minutes to patients. Go to ANY OTHER DOCTOR YOU CAN FIND !

dR kAPUR AND HER STAFF WERE AT ALL TIMES ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY AND i FEEL SHE REALLY LISTENED TO ME AND HELPED ME WHERE AS NO PRIOR DOCTOR COULD. i WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMEND HER TO ANYONE AND FEEL SHE IS A VERY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR WHO IS EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH.

Dr. kapur is the best doctor I have ever been to. She is kind, compassionate and caring and her staff is just as nice. She takes time to listen to my concerns and answers questions very directly so I am able to understand. dhe does not talk down to me as other doctors have done in the past. though the wait in her office is longer than other doctor's - she takes her time and is very through in her examination and explanations. I am very comfortable with her and she treats everyone the same way. She is always available to me and her staff followasup with any questions or concerns that I have in a timely manner. They take the extra time and care and 'go that extra mile!' I would highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Kapur and let her be their doctor. I will never go to anyone else! She is a great doctor!
