Mr. Ray E Rollins

Bad customer service .. I have been seeing Dr Rollins since 1999 . I like him but recently the people at the reception very bad service. No eye contact no smile… they treat you as if you are not important to them.

40 years he has been my family doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Rollins for 20 years. He is an Awesome and Amazing Primary Care Doctor. I highly recommend him!

He's been my doctor for 41 years. Since I was 11 and I trust him with my children and grandchildren.

Dr Rollins is a great doctor and person. He researches, which most don't take the time. I have had horrible medical care from many doctors in different specialties, and really appreciate the time that dr rollins takes with his patients. As far as Covid, he has researched all of this from mask to treatments etc.. i have sent 4 loved ones to him for treatment and all of them were well within 10 days. heck my daughter didn't ever get sick. He has a quirky unique personality that i like and appreciate, but if you are looking to wait an hour to see a doctor, get 3 min of time and need everything to be serious, stoic and cold and get a $500 rx. he's not your guy. But if you want a family doctor who has a sense of humor, listens to you, takes your concerns seriously and refers to specialist who know what they are doing... He might be a good choice. from my experience with this doctor it is hard to imagine that his patients receive any sort of quality care whatsoever. If you are looking for a doctor you can trust and rely on, look elsewhere.

He is a very good doctor, my Husband started seeing him first , he is now our family doctor

I love Dr.Rollins. I have been seeing him for years. My whole family sees him. The staff he has now is great as well.

Dr. Ray Rollins is a fantastic doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Thankful to have such a great family doctor nearby. His office staff is wonderful, and I am always able to get an appointment that accommodates my busy schedule. Highly Recommend!!

Dr Rollins always take time to listen and does not rush through an appointment. He is an uplifting caring doctor and his staff is very professional and helpful. I love this doctor!

My husband saw him and it was the worst experience. It seemed like nobody had a clue what was going on. It seemed like everyone was disorganized and incompetent. My husband was definitely weirded out by the experience and we will not be going back.

Dr Rollins is a great doctor, and treats my daughters as his own, his staff rocks. They are very competent and on top of things. Will continue using this Dr forever!

Always had a good experience with Ray.....but his help staff is less to be desired.....had an appointment he scheduled(November 2019) for an ultrasound.....I called a few days later curious about where and when I arrive.... help staff said she hasn't sent it yet and asked If I wanted to call them to set my own appointment.....oh their incompetence gets worse....several times they've called in prescriptions.....get to the pharmacy...they haven't sent them or they are incomplete.......its amazing that he pays these idiots.

I am not a patient here but from what I have seen first hand Rollins doesn’t take his patients seriously. I would advise to try to steer loved ones away from this place if they need anything more than antibiotics.

Dr.Rollins is a good man, professional & informative.however,his help staff is incompetent and deceptive.....please be aware.

Love Dr Rollins. Wouldn't change my Dr for anything.

ONE STAFF MEMBER WHO IS RUDE AND MALICIOUS. DELIBERATELY SET MY APPOINTMENT FOR A TIME WHEN SHE KNEW THEY WOULD BE CLOSED, NOT THE FIRST TIME SHE HAS DONE THAT. DR. ROLLINS DELIBERATELY LIED TO ME ABOUT CALLING IN A REFILL FOR ME, PHARMACIST SAYS THERE WAS NEVER A REFILL CALLED IN.

Great Family Doctor, I waited in lobby for about 10 minutes got roomed, the Doctor saw me and took care of my health issues, did not rush at all. I will be making this my PCP!

Very professional, compassionate with a sense of humor. Liked the new office and staff great customer service. No long waiting times, they always accept walk in appointments.

He screwed up all my husbands prescription and only wants to get the kick back money so prescribes expensive all new drugs that the reps sale him on

Dr. Rollins is a great doc for what he does. I think of him as the neighborhood doc I had growing up. Been going to him for almost 15 years and always easy to talk to about even personal things. He may appear a bit gruff at times, but tell him a joke and he will give you one back. Not every doc is a specialist so it's nice to have someone to get me pointed in the right direction with my medical decisions.
