They are always there when I need them

On 01/21/2019 afternoon, My wife and I took our 19 months daughter to Maryland Allergy & Asthma Center at Prosperity Dr #155, Silver Spring, MD location with a referral from her primary doctor for allergy tests. As soon as Dr. Raymond O. Nwadiuko gets to the exam room that we were in, he asked as “why are you here?” We told him we were referred by the primary doc for allergy test. He was looking at the computer in front of him as he spoke with us. He then asked what kind of allergy? I told him that we are aware so far that her body reacted with vomiting and rashes to egg and almond. He then asked if we did give her egg or almond. I replied Yes, and at this time I asked him "If you don't mind me asking, do you have the referral from the primary doctor?" He got angry and said he hasn’t seen any referral, and that was why he was asking these questions. So I told him if he doesn’t have the referral, maybe we were on the wrong place. He acted very upset and left the exam room. My wife went to the front desk and asked if they have the referral. They said that they have the referral, and the doctor should have a copy too. It was strange to notice that my daughter’s referral was open on the screen of the computer he was working on. Why didn’t he answer a simple YES I HAVE THE REFERAL???? Few minutes later, he came back with the referral papers on his hand. He was acting like crazy. He almost throws the paper on me and my wife’s face, said “Tell me if the referral said anything …. I am asking questions because the referral has no information.” I told him that is not my job to tell him what’s in the referral. He should know better! He shouldn’t act like that crazy; he shouldn’t raise his voice and got mad in front of a baby just because we asked if he has the referral. That is so unprofessional. He has temper and bad attitude. He did verbally abused us just because we asked if he had the referral! Very disappointing. With this kind of attitude and temper, we don’t have the heart to let this person near out daughter so we decided to canceled the test in this location. Dr. Raymond is an excellent doctor. He's very knowledgeable and caring. His office and staff are customer friendly as well.

It took 3yrs for specialists to misdiagnose my symptoms. It took Dr. Nwadiuko 1 visit to properly diagnose and treat me! I am now able to do more and live a life! Dr. Nwadiuko is kind, caring, and patience with his clients. One of my top doctors!
