Dr Saul was the "on call" for my doctor this weekend. Needed covid19 testing referral since my son tested+ and now, 4 days later, my husband and I are showing symptoms. He's a Umass affiliated doctor?! He first told me there was no testing at Umass Worcester on weekends. INCORRECT. I'd already looked it up. They test 8am - 12pm on weekends. Then he told me, "if you get me the fax number I'll send the order." WHAT?! Isn't he the on call doctor? Shouldn't he have that information? Or a computer to send the order electronically?! He came of cold and dismissive.

Hi Betsy, Hi Elizabeth Hiya Doc, My phone is 'dead' right now. Just wanted you to know, Medicare has agreed to put me on the Doc's plan, took a few dozen phone calls, but got the news yesterday. Dr. Sauls has been by primary care physician for over 20 years. He is the only Dr I trust. He is kind,caring and compassionate. He actually listens to his patients and cars about their health. I would highly recommend. Clinton MA

If you care about your loved ones have them find a new doctor!

Dr. Saul's is an excellent doctor. He keeps openings so you can be seen on short notice if you have an issue.

Dr. Sauls is an excellent doctor. Appointments are always on point and not too far into the future. Overall great guy, great doctor.

Dr. Sauls has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. He is wonderful, professional, smart, caring, attentive and loving. . I wouldn't change him for anything or anyone.

I ended a 19 year dr/ patient relationship after he blew me off when I needed him most. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

Doctor Sauls has been our family's Primary Care Physician for several decades. Part of his professional background is that of a male nurse, so his care...and caring...is exceptional. He has seen us through many medical adventures successfully including the hospice of one of our Moms. Also, his hobby and passion as a farmer harks back to older days when doctors actually cared about their patients. We really do count ourselves fortunate to be Dr. Saul's patients.
