Dr. Voller came highly recommended to me as a preferred pediatric dentist for tongue and lip ties in the Pittsburgh area. Dr. Voller gave us his honest opinion on my son's oral ties and ultimately advised against doing the frenectomy. Dr. Voller gave us his undivided attention during our visit, and answered our-many-questions. We are thankful that Dr. Voller is so knowledgeable in lip and tongue ties, and doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures. I was experiencing a problem for several months that my dentist in the Pittsburgh area could not resolve. My husband suggested to schedule an appointment with Dr. Voller to get his opinion. My first visit I was greeted with very friendly front staff girls and Dr Voller’s assistant promptly took me back to a treatment room where I met Dr. Voller. With all those flashbulbs going off, I felt like a movie star.

Had a new pt exam & cleaning today. Super nice staff, very clean office & treatment rooms were sterile & had everything covered that would be touched & used per patient. Doctor spent quality time taking intraoral photos & explaining finding & discussed different treatment options. Photos were great idea so we were both looking at same tooth, gum area, etc that we were discussing. Scheduled next appt soon, not having to wait months to get into his schedule. Would definitely recommend Dr Voller & staff!

I can not rave about this office enough. My 8 month old son had a very bad lip tie revised here today. The staff was out of this world! Not only was doctor Ray down to earth but my husband and I could have talked to him for hours. Along with being very personable he was clearly concerned with the best interest of my baby and treated him as if he were one of his own children. I have his personal number for any and all concerns and even received a call from him this evening. He asked how my son was, how his pain was, and if he was eating well. He asked if nursing was more tolerable for me and said to tell my husband hello. That he could tell he was a really great guy. My 2 month old son recently had a lip and tongue tie revised. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed. Each staff member we encountered knew my son by name and that we had travelled 2 hours for the appointment. Dr. Voller was patient and clearly explained everything about the procedure. He monitored my comfort level throughout the entire procedure and treated my son as though he were his own. Each staff member was incredibly considerate of the fact that we had to travel for the appointment, and Dr. Voller called to check in on my son the evening after the procedure.

I recently had three small amalgam fillings removed at the Kittanning office that had been placed there by another dentist when I was young. It was important to me to have the mercury removed in a safe way. After discussing it together, we decided to forgo numbing the areas since my xrays indicated the fillings were likely small enough that they would not cause much pain to remove. I appreciated this option. Dr Voller thoroughly explained each step, including the purpose of each material and his reason for choosing the specific brand when applicable, which set me at ease and made me feel much better about having fillings in my mouth. He used a firmly placed rubber dam, dam sealer, suction, smallest drill sizes, and he removed the bulk of the old fillings intact to reduce mercury exposure before using ozone and specifically chosen materials to create, bond, and shape the new fillings without trapped bubbles. I appreciated his cheerful, professional manner with me, the staff, and other patients, as well as his patience and technique in shaping the new fillings so that they did not interfere with my bite at all. The only reasons for a less than 4-star review are... 1. The initial confusion over how many fillings were to be worked on due to the info not being updated when my initial appointment had to change and 2. confusion over payment, due to my discount plan that had lapsed without my knowledge and a change in ownership of the Pittsburgh location of which I had not been made aware (which meant the discount plan would no longer be offered at the more convenient to me Pittsburgh location).

Everybody is afraid to go to the dentist and everybody keeps putting it off until it becomes a necessity. It doesn't matter how old you are...we all do the same thing. I chipped a tooth with an old filling. I called Dr. Voller's office and Anna was able to schedule me the next day. Dr Voller was able to replace the filling and reconstruct my tooth within a half hour, and with NO novocaine. The tooth is better than new.

I found Dr Voller on a internet search. On a Friday evening I experienced extreme pain in one of my molars. I called my Dentist in Freeport, and they claimed they could not see me for a month. This could not wait. My dentist didn't even say " if we get a cancellation"........ Well, long story short Dr Voller got me in that morning. Monday my tooth was extracted. For about 28 years we have relied on Voller Dentistry for our dental care, even after we moved 30 miles away. The entire staff is friendly and skillful. Dr. Ray Voller is superbly knowledgable and skillful. I trust his skill so much that I forego numbing as he fills cavities and prepares teeth for crowns. Yesterday Dr. Voller once again proved his artistry in repairing a broken front tooth. His reconstruction is indistinguishable from the surrounding teeth. I noticed a black spot on my tooth. I immediately called Dr. Voller's office and was given an appointment the following morning. It seems one of my very old silver fillings had begun leaking (which Dr. Voller explained happens and that it why they don't use them anymore). It gave the appearance of a large black cavity in my tooth near the gum line. The tooth could only be seen if I smiled widely. Since the tooth was sound, Dr. Voller gave me the option of just doing nothing or fixing it with a white filling. No doubt in my mind. Fix it, please! The procedure was painless and I am very happy to be able to smile without worrying about the unsightly black spot. Everyone (and I mean everyone) in this office is friendly, helpful and kind. I trust Dr. Voller to give me the best possible dental care and have for many years. He genuinely cares about his patients, is the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever known, and is a perfectionist. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking the best possible dental care available.

Everyone in the office made us feel important, they seemed to truly want to get to know us. We went in for my 4 month olds lip and tongue tie. Dr. Ray didn’t think the tongue tie was bad enough to do, so he recommended only the lip tie get done now..which was nice because it showed he doesn’t just do a procedure to collect money, he’ll only do it if it actually needs done. The lip tie was lasered and it went so smoothly and quickly! He was very informative and knowledgeable. I’m glad I found this office!

I arrived today to finish two crowns and do a filling - Dr. Voller and his team - smooth and easy - even when I am so nervous - any thing that comes up - Dr. Voller fixes it all - A+++ expert work, and honestly the only question I have to myself - is why did I wait so long to find him? At least - I am now on the right track, actually getting things corrected. Thank you!

I walk in the office and they make me feel like I’m their only patient, giving 100% attention to my oral care and overall health. This practice is friendly and displays a high level of professional competence of all team members. The equipment is relatively new, and the environment is clean and enjoyable to be in. Best dental practice I've ever experienced.

After being highly recommended, I chose to bring my son to Voller dentistry for a severe tongue and lip tie. Dr Voller took the time to answer my question on Facebook quickly. When I called for an appointment the staff was super friendly and got my son in very quickly. They were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived to the office, the staff was once again extremely friendly. We didn’t have to wait at all to be seen. Dr. Voller and his assistant quickly looked in his mouth and started the procedure. He was informative and friendly. All the staff we encountered couldn’t have been more friendly! I felt like we had known them all for years. It was definitely worth the 2.5+ Hours drive.
