I have had Dr. Morales as my Kaiser Primary Care Provider for 7 years. He is always available by messaging--returns my questions andcanswers my concerns.. He is responsive and caring!!

Completely unprofessional. I waited an hour and a half to be seen. Dr. Raymundo seemed spaced out when I told him what I was there for. He then started to look into the covid status of other patients he has during my visit. Playing around on his computer and towing me off to someone else seems to be all he’s good at.

Terrible! Worst care ever. Lack of interest, no proactive measures. Does the bare minimum to keep his head afloat.

Dr Murales is thorough and intuitive. He is gentle and clear. He asks the right questions and follow through with the right research.

Dr. Morales is very patient, he answers all questions I might have. He takes the time to listen to me, whereas other doctors I’ve had just shrug off health questions. I highly recommend him.

Dr distracted & spent most of his time typing on computer. I explained I was kicked by a horse & my iliotibial band hurt esp near my knee. Exam was less than 10 sec palpating side of my leg & incorrectly doagnosed trochanteric bursitis. I told him I had Crohn’s disease which would limit the type of medication I could take. Said it would be ok, but I now have a bad flare up of Crohns after one dose. Physical diagnostic & listening skills are very poor. As a veterinarian I was shocked.

If you have a cold, he may be your doctor. My mom saw him for months and he never took the time or ordered the tests to see what what really wrong with her. She had cancer and he dismissed her pain and was not interested in what was really wrong with her. I trusted him because he was the doctor, but he was clueless.

Terrible doctor! Failed to properly diagnose a patient. Did not listen or value what the patient had to say. Numerous visits with NO recommendation or referral to a specialist! Prior breast cancer patient being treated for blood clot left knee. Patient was on cumidin, and a blood clot on a patient on cumidin is an indication of cancer. Doctor failed to properly diagnose a patient resulting in MONTHS of pain. Terrible doctor, I would not let this guy give an aspirin to my dog!!!

Well informed, meticulous, thoughtful, curtious, thorough, good listener, patient and kind. Has handled a variety of ailments with complete professionalism, including geriatric diabetes.
