ya know i wasn't gonna write a review but knowing how fickle and capitalistic minded she is, i decided otherwise. Capitalizing on ppl's desperation knowing you earn millions is the most scummy form of behavior. Not only that, she deleted the tweet without issuing any apology, hoping it would get buried and ppl would forget in a few days. Patients please beware, any doc who cares this much about $$$ is extremely cheap and untrustworthy. She'll be nice to you so long as she can extort $$$ out of you. After that, good luck having success addressing your concerns. Visit a surgeon who isn't as self-absorbed and obsessed with money. Your future self will thank you for it.

I had a large mole on my nose that I wanted to remove for the longest time but was too scared to. Dr. Rodman and her staff were so great- they answered all my questions, explained what was happening during the procedure and why, made sure I was comfortable, and even took measures to prevent a scar or tightening of the skin where the mole used to be. It was obvious to me that she is very skilled in her craft, which made me feel much better about the procedure. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need more work done later :)

The doctor and nurses at face forward are absolutely wonderful! They take the time to explain everything. They are so caring! I can't all the way see exact results because of me recovering, but it looks perfect so far!

Dr. Rodman and her staff are amazing! I had my surgery in March and felt super informed prior and have had great communication since! Her work is also top notch! I had people tell me, somethings different but it’s not obvious as to what (which is exactly what I was going for!)

Physician and entire staff always inviting and pleasant. Dr. Rodman is extremely professional, in addition to be very personable. She explains everything in a manner you can understand and listens to your questions and concerns. The office is very clean and well appointed. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Rodman and her staff. I just recently had my procedures done and they are still healing (I will write another review when my results are final but I have full confidence that I will be very happy with them), and the process so far has been very smooth. Surgery can be very nerve racking but it is clear in the way Dr.Rodman speaks that she is knowledgeable and she always is able to put my mind at ease. I am always able to get quick responses from the staff about appointments and questions, and everything is explained and very straight forward. They also do a great job at documenting their before and after pictures on social media, which for me was very helpful in my decision to work with Dr.Rodman. I simply don't have enough good things to say about Dr. Rodman and Face Forward Houston. She's built an immaculate practice that's filled with a team who are as dedicated as she is to providing all her patients with an unparalleled experience. My journey with Dr. Rodman began 2 years ago, and was unfortunately delayed given the pandemic, and I also happen to be out of state. To that end, it was worth the wait and I don't consider it to have been the slightest inconvenience to travel to her. Dr. Rodman is an immense credit to her profession given that she's double board certified in facial plastics and otolaryngology. In a nutshell, she's has a solid understanding of the anatomy and physiology of everything neck and above! That specific expertise is incredibly valuable especially if you're having multiple procedures done (as was my case) because she understands how manipulating certain tissues will influence others. Ultimately, Dr. Rodman takes a holistic view when approaching your procedures and desired results. Her professional qualifications aside, Dr. Rodman is an incredibly compassionate and patient medical provider. She's careful to listen to what your goals are, she's realistic in setting expectations, and she is not predatory. Something I truly appreciated was her explaining the various procedures that I could undertake, but she never pressured me to stack multiple procedures. In fact, she even recommended holding off on certain options to see how things turn out first, and then we could reassess once the results of the initial surgery set in. As far as her staff, they are unsurprisingly some of the most dedicated and salt-of-the-earth individuals you'll have the pleasure of working with. They're highly informed on each patient's case, and will patiently guide through EVERY step of the process. Personally had a terrible experience with Dr. Rodman. To this day I do not know if the persistent problematic result was the doctor's error or I had a bad reaction. However, the fact that the result was poor and left me with significant ongoing issues, and Dr. Rodman was unwilling to acknowledge the obvious problem and unwilling to assist me in finding a resolution (i.e. said she would not see me as a patient anymore unless it was life threatening); I feel compelled to warn others. I'm sure she does mostly good work, but my experience with her was very bad!! I regret it to this day.

Dr. Rodman is an experienced surgeon who takes pride in her work and a true interest in her patients. My surgery was lengthy and rather complicated, but went well. I have to return for a touch-up next year, but am pleased with the result of my operation.

And, the other ladies in the office were so cordial. I typically get Dysport injections from a practice in Kingwood about every 3 months. It was time for me to get my injections & my consult just happened to fall on "National Botox Day." I didn't even know there was such a day. Dr. Rodman's bedside manner is outstanding. I recently went through A group of procedures under what’s typically referred to as FFS ( Facial Feminization Surgery ) and my experience with Dr. Rodman and her staff has been nothing but exceptional. After consulting with Dr. Rodman I knew I was in the perfect hands to trust my face to. Dr Rodman and everyone on her staff is so compassionate and endearing only wanting what’s best for you. Most of my lower lip was removed because of Cancer. Dr. Rodman did an excellent job of rebuilding my lip. It has been six months since the procedure was performed and my lip looks normal and would be very difficult to notice it had been reconstructed. I highly recommend Dr. Rodman for reconstructive facial surgery.

Dr. Rodman has been absolutely incredible, and I do not say that lightly. She takes each face and studies it meticulously- you aren’t “just another face” coming through to get the same procedure. She really focuses on you as a human being first, your expectations, and expertly blends them into a unique look that is, at its core, who you always were. You just may need a few tweaks to get there. She was always patient and calm and extremely respectful of pronouns, identities, and relationships of all kinds. My wife and I went together and we were treated no differently than anyone else, which was incredibly refreshing. My surgery ended up being 10 hours long. Dr. Rodman’s team called my wife every 2 hours to let her know how I was progressing under the knife. She also answered all our questions while in recovery (day or night, from the smallest to the largest of questions) with kindness and compassion. We scoped out plenty of other FFS surgeons, but Dr Rodman has produced the most natural, beautiful looks of them all. She’s inclusive, compassionate, and listens to what YOU want your face to be, not a preconceived idea of what beauty/femininity looks like to her. She’s honest, calm, and incredibly attentive to each person she sees. Alexis, the patient care coordinator, is also completely amazing. She personally guided us through all our initial questions and walked with us through every step of our journey alongside Dr Rodman. Her inner light and calm energy is a blessing to FaceForward Houston! I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon and a better human being to walk beside me through such a transformation in my life. I highly recommend Dr. Rodman and her team! I appreciated the excellent communication, prompt replies to my emails, and their warm and welcoming environment. My lip lift procedure went very smoothly and the healing process was painless and easily managed. I’m very happy with the results!
