Dr Simone is the greatest person and surgeon. In 2003 he saved my life. I weighed way over 400 lbs. I was told by other doctors I would be dead by age35 I had to rest when I walked in to work before going to my office. I’m now under 200 lbs. the doctor told me to take the vitamins religiously but I would buy other things. I’ve made it to 64 years old and stood up and broke my lower back and the two lower bones in my left leg. My calcium and vitamins D was 0. My B12 was very low. Would I have the gastric by pass again yes. But I wouldn’t miss a single vitamin.
