He made me waste time going for what he told me was suppose to be an ultrasound I’m his office the changed his mind once I was there and tried blaming it on his staff saying that they mixed it up even though he specifically told me that I “was to be scheduled back in one week for an ultrasound by him” and then couldn’t find my labs I had just got done the week before and blamed it once again on his staff that they didn’t put it in but a medical assistant walked in with the labs he needed. Just feel like he doesn’t like taking responsibility for his mistakes and wants to blame it on his amazing staff who doesn’t deserve to be blamed for his mistakes . Dr. Charles is an Awesome doctor. Always listens & explains so I can understand. Speaks very kindly and doesn't rush your office visit. I have seen him for 22 years. Delivered 2 of my girls AND my grandson. He has done surgical procedures with great results. I know my family and myself are in the Best care with him. Very caring. I highly recommend Dr. Charles.
