Unprofessional. Scheduled my FIRST appointment end of last year for March 2nd. They called a week prior saying they had to reschedule it for March 27th. Then the day of my appointment comes and they call and say they need to reschedule it again and can't see me until mid June. Receptionist was rude when I expressed my concern about needing to get in.

Dr.Watson is a wonderful , compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. She has a refreshing sense of humor and positive attitude.????????????

Dr. Watson and her staff are awesome!! I began seeing Dr. Watson in January 2020 as a new patient. Since then I have contacted her office with concerns about neck, back and foot pain. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to discuss my concerns by video chat. Dr. Watson suggested some things to try as well as walked me through several exercises to address my pain. Excellent diagnosis and remedies. Recently I injured my knee at work. I was sent home for a couple days but the pain and swelling concerned me a great deal. I was unable to get up with my manager at work so I reached out to Dr. Watson again. She had me do a drive by visit and found I had damaged the cartilage in my knee. She put my concerns to rest and gave me specific limitations so that I could return to work the following week. I highly recommend Dr. Watson and her staff for your medical needs. Since going to Dr. Renee Watson, I have gotten along better with my health. She is like a miracle worker! I have been to many doctors in my life time and she beats them all. She spends time with you and is not in a hurry like most doctors. GREAT BEDSIDE MANNERS. SHE REALLY CARES. Great office staff and nurses as well. Keep up the great job Dr. Watson! I have left several messages for her to call me about my mother's death and how she can assume her cause of death based on past medical history when her death was unexpected and I have yet to hear a call from her!

Dr Renee is awesome. She is very thorough, and very attentive. She is pleasant, and truly cares about her patients.

I waited 3-4 hrs for my appts. She cut my metformin back to 2xs a week. That scared me. I decided to find another doctor.

The past two appointments I have had, I have had to wait well over an hour to be seen. Why make an appointment if it never happens at that time?

Dr. Watson and all of her staff are fantastic! Yes, sometimes there is a wait to see the Doctor, however this is only because she goes above and beyond with each and every patient.
