Dr. Garg has been my sons pediatrician for many years. My son got sick over the weekend and I called her office number for after hours. She answered the call and was not hesitant at all to send meds to the pharmacy right away. She even gave me her cell number to text her my pharmacy info. Dr. garg is amazing! I love her attitude and always asking how the baby has been. Overall its always a great experience at this pediatric office. From front desk to the nurses in the back, they are so professional and polite. I highly recommend this doctor, love that its walk ins only as well.

We love Dr. Garg, always available when I need to bring my children in to see her. She is very sweet and caring, staff is always so courteous and helpful.

We love and appreciate Dr. Garg and her team for taking care of our 3 kids. We've been visiting her office since 2017 when our oldest son was born. It is very convenient to be able to walk in at any time without an appointment, especially when kids are really sick. Dr. Garg is kind, takes her time with patients to discuss concerns/questions, and has a ton of experience to share. She gives amoxicillin for EVERYTHING! Broke toe.. amoxicillin. Eye hurt… amoxicillin. Bump on your head .. amoxicillin. Any long time patient knows this is true. Only good thing is it’s walk-in and fast. Other than that. 0 stars!

I have been going to Dr. Garg since my 1st son was 2 weeks old. He's going to be 18 in several months. He got really sick on me when he was 20 months old and she suggested I take him to the Hospital as a precaution. We were there all evening and after a check up at about 10pm they told us we could take him home later in the night. Dr. Garg came in around 11pm to check on him. She reviewed his charts and X rays and turned around to look at me and told us to get comfortable because we weren't leaving. She called for the nurse instructed her what medicine they needed to get my son started on and that we needed a room because he was going to have to stay. He was there for a week. My son had pneumonia and had fluid in his lungs. I don't know what would have happened had Dr. Garg not came in that night. I will for ever be grateful for her taking the time to come in that night to check on him. We live in Katy now and I drive all the way in to see her. I have been bringing my kids to Dr Garg for years and she is wonderful. She can see them when we need to without scheduling ahead and I have never had to wait more than 30-40min (which I often had to wait at my previous Pediatrician even when I had an appointment). I have been with Dr. Garg since the birth of my first child, she was the doctor at the hospital when he was born. I have been with her since. She saw all 4 of my children and always remembers them. My 3rd child was born with heart defects and Dr. Garg always kept track of her and always helped with recommending me to specialists she needed to see. Dr. Garg has been involved in our daughter’s life literally since day one . She is an exceptional physician , gives lots of resources and information for care for children. She is very attentive and thorough and very efficient . When we had a crisis with our daughter, Dr.Garg was a pillar of strength and support . We drive a long ways to her office , it is worth it . Her staff is good as well . I like that her appointments are walk ins so it’s easy to get the care we need . We are blessed to have her as our daughter’s pediatrician.

Dr. Garg has been our pediatrician for over 18 years already always friendly and very attentive with my family when we come in. Wouldn’t change her for nothing we drive all the way from Pasadena to see her she’s worth the drive!!! Great place !!!

Always able to get help with my children. We have been going to Dr.Garg for 17 years, the only pediatrician my children feel comfortable with. I love her as she had gone above and beyond for me and my family through the years.

Family oriented clinic. Staff goes above and beyond the call of duty for the patients. My son attends this clinic and I can say we are glad to have such a great staff to oversee our health needs.

Dr.Garg is a great pediatrician. She is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and easily accessible. She has been practicing for many decades and has a wealth of experience. Added bonus wait times are non-existent.

I don't recommend Dr. Garg!! Everytime I went to see her, she would say I only had a cold. It didn't matter why my parents took me there, she would always just say I had a cold. The last time I say her was when my nose was bleeding almost all the time. She said I had a cold and that it was normal. My parents got tired of watching me struggle with the nosebleeds so they took me to another doctor. Turns out I had to go to a specialist to get a nasal cauterization. I don't recommend Dr. Garg!! I never had any issues, but today felt very abnormal. My account was looked up and stated you were seen here before in 2016. Then I was told they don't accept my insurance, because it's adult, but I was seen previously. Then I was asked do I receive TANF? No, I dont, but why does it matter? Then the doctor and 2 nurses was kind of looking lost. Not sure, but I went to my pharmacy and had all my scripts printed out showing I was a patient after 2016, so not sure why i was told my last visit was in 2016. I was referred to Dr.Garg about 10 years ago with my first child, and have became a loyal patient ever since. I had moved to Galveston and would STILL commute to her office to have the kids checked out. I love that her hours are very convenient and absolutely no appointment necessary!!

Dr Garg has been a true blessing to my family. She has been my children's pediatrician for the past 16 years. She takes her time to explain everything that she is doing and why; and she takes the same time to explain why she is prescribing a particular medication as well. But the one thing that I truly love about her is that I never have to make an appointment. If my children are sick they are seen that same day, not two to three days later. And you would assume that the wait time must be horrendous, but I can honestly say that in the 16 years I have been going to her, the longest wait time I have experienced was maybe 20 mins. I went to Dr. Garg because my sister's kids go to her and she says she see's adults as well. So I go to her with chest pains. First I was told that they did not accept my insurance and to pay them $50 for the visit. When I see Dr. Garg she really didn't listen to what I had to say. She briefly listened to my chest and then tells me that I have a cold and she gives me a Z-Pack, which is a lot of pills to take that is suppose to clear up whatever cold or virus that you have. 1wk later I was in the hospital with a Inflamed Upper Respiratory Infection, they asked me how long was I experiencing my symptoms and why didn't I seek medical attention earlier. I told them what I was given and they said that the meds made it worser. A month later I get my insurance bill and see that Dr. Garg charged my insurance over $300 for my visit. I called up there talked to them about insurance fraud and double clutching and letting my insurance know. Dr. Garg then assisted on me coming and getting the $50 that I paid for the visit. When I get there she ask what is my normal co-pay for dr visits I told her $15. Then she says I owe her $15 for the co-pay so she will take it out the $50 she owes me. This woman is ALL KINDS of wrong. I advise NO ONE to go to her. If she can over charge and misdiagnose an adult what is she doing with these children. I todally agree with the previouse review of Valerie. This doctor is very judgmental with parents choices specially with vaccines such as the Flu Shots. and others. Dr.Garg needs to separate her personal opinion with her doctors view of perspective UNLESS parent/patient ask to hear her personal opinion over a matter. On Todays Visit she walked in the room confusing the Age of my daughter stating she was thirteen i had to clarify that was incorrect. Not a good doctor! I took my newborn son to her because The hospital recommended her. My son is now 5 and I finally had enough gave her too many chances. She doesn’t listen to any concerns you might have. She always says “he is fine I know I have been doing this for 30 plus years”. My son was sick for a whole year she finally agreed to do a Allergy test and turns out he was allergic to the cat we had got about during that year. He is also allergic to other things she made me pay $50 dollars to have her fill out paper work for school regarding his allergies because she didn’t know what it was for I was told to pay for a consultation she didn’t even eximne my child! We have been going to Dr. Garg now for the past 2.5 years and are so impressed with her work ethic and knowledge. Personally, I’m not all about the fluff when it comes to a doctors office. I want results and I want a fantastic doctor that knows their stuff. Dr. Garg is very direct but also very compassionate. My son was very sick as an infant and the care he received goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever witnessed or experienced with a doctor. He fell ill over Christmas and she was willing to meet me at the hospital to check him. Any other doctor would have directed us to the Emergency Room. There have been times that I have been sick and walked in, no appointment necessary, and was treated. Dr. Garg truly believes in treating the whole family, parents and grandparents included. If we’re sick as parents, how can we take care of our children and keep them well? Both my daughter and I love Dr Garg and her staff. She came highly recommended by my OB/GYN and staff. When my daughter has an ear infection or isn't feeling well she says, "I want to go see my doctor. She will fix me." She doesn't require an appt., just show up during business hours. Her thinking is...if your child is sick they shouldn't have to wait days or weeks to see their doctor. I personally find this to be a HUGE perk. How often do we, as adults, get annoyed with our own doctors when we call for an appt and are told the first opening is in a week? My kid gets excited when it’s time to see Dr. Garg- my kid says “Doc Garg take care (of) VV!” Front desk is always nice, back staff are very gentle with my kid for measurements and growth chart updates. Dr. Garg has a “magic” to her that makes even nervous and cautious kiddos calm and loved. Dr. Garg has been doing this for years and efficiently and effectively takes care of my child. She listens and answers my questions, and explains what medicines are needed if my child is sick, and how to use them correctly. Dr. Garg has been our pediatrician for the past 11 years, so our relationship is well established. She and Nikki, PA, know our children and listen to our concerns. The convenience of walk-in, no appointment needed, to see either Dr. Garg or Nikki during business hours has been something I appreciate as a working mother - waiting is minimal and it is easy to get your child seen without the worry of making an appointment. If I could give Dr. Garg a 10 star rating, I absolutely would! We have been going to her for over 11 years. When we moved out of town and had to find another doctor...which made me feel like cattle being rushed through the stock yard...I decided to make the 1.5 hour drive to her regardless! Most kids hate going to the doctor, but she knows my kids by name without even having to read their chart. She is not in this for money people...she makes sure people leave being able to afford their kids medicine, etc. She is incredible and I absolutely adore her. I recently visited Dr. Garg due to a recommendation from a friend. I've never been a fan of going to the doctors as most are typically short, hear what they want to hear, and don't show compassion. Not Dr. Garg though, she broke that streak justly and has my recommendation even though my insurance did not cover my visit with her. I'll gladly pay a higher premium to see a quality doctor. Dr. Garg does quick visits yes, but that is only because i wanted it to be quick. She listened to every issue i had, addressed them all, and even offered to do other checks because she was concerned about my well-being. - I was greeted at the front desk, the receptionist was sincere and calm. - The nurse who i met with prior to seeing Dr. Garg was professional. Dr Garg was my doctor growing up. I ran into her 15 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. She has been a great doctor for all 4 of my children. I drive an hour to see her. She is always concerned with whatever I bring in, she makes referrals out to specialists and even calls in medicine in the middle of the night when my son gets an ear infection on the weekends. She has been a wonderful doctor. Yes, she does want kids to be updated on their immunizations and will remind you when you go in. She is an advocate for the flu vaccine and will ask every time during flu season if you want it, so the reviews on here that people are upset about the vaccines, come on, she is looking out for the best interest of the kids. We do not get them and I am not offended when she asks or tells me about the benefits. We did however get the flu this year... thinking maybe we will get the flu shot next year. And as far as the Poole who say she had a misdiagnosis, I’ve been to other doctors that have misdiagnosed. It happens often in the medical field. If you goto her office for an ear infection, it’s not an annual or a physical, she will come in look at the ears, listen to the heart, feel lymph nodes and write a prescription, she is not there to spend quality time with you. Dr. Garg is the best! I commute from Tomball to see her (which isn't bad now that 290 is open). She is a seasoned pro with a great perspective on medicine. Preventative care and educating patients on wellness is obviously a passion of hers.

Dr. Garg is amazing! She is great with her patients and takes time to listen and gives great advise on helping keep your child healthy and happy!

Dr. Garg has been our pediatrician since October 2005. I fully trust her with the medical care of all 3 of my kids. She is wonderful with my kids, and they love her! I can always count on her to know exactly what my kids need. I also appreciate her ability to see us quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Garg is the Best. She was recommended when my daughter was discharged from Memorial Hermann NICU 15 years ago. We love her, she is an excellent Physician!

Horrible attitude finding a new dr after today

!!!HORRIBLE DOCTOR!!! SHE MISDIAGNOSED MY SON OVER 8 TIMES. HE HAD EMERGENCY SURGERY & HAD HIS GALLBALLDER TAKEN OUT & SHE SAID IT WAS JUST ACID REFLUX. SHE NEVER LETS YOU SPEAK, DOESN'T LISTEN TO YOU OR LISTEN TO YOUR CHILD WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO EXPLAIN WHAT'S GOING ON. SHE RUSHES OUT THE ROOM & SHOWS NO CONCERN WHAT SO EVER. I HONESTLY DON'T KNOW HOW SHE IS STILL PRACTICING. I'M REALLY SURPRISED TO READ THESE FEW GOOD REVIEWS. SHE INTERRUPTS YOU & SAYS SHE HAS ANOTHER PATIENT. WE SEEN HER OVER 5 TIMES CAUSE THIS ISSUE AND SHE SAID FOOD POISONING, OR IT WAS PROBABLY JUST GAS. Dr. Garg has been my son’s pediatrician since day one. I trusted her medical advice being that she is so tenured in the field. I am a very easy-going individual, and being a first time mother, I am also very receptive to any advice in regards to my son. I have read reviews stating that Dr. Garg is rude and does not let you speak or even listen to what you have to say when she does let you speak. I have encountered this with her in the past, but I shrugged it off because I understand that she is very knowledgeable in her field, so instead of talking a lot I choose to listen to her expertise. Today, was my breaking point with Dr. Garg as well as her staff, however. There’s only one woman who greets you with a warm welcome, and that’s her receptionist. All the other women are extremely rude. I even shrugged that off. My son was diagnosed with Influenza type A on Saturday night at our local urgent care. I brought my son into Dr. Garg’s Office for a follow up this morning. As she was examining my son, she kept asking me why didn’t he get the flu shot in the first place. I told her when I brought him in for his 9 month shots, he was suppose to get it then, but her office did not have any to administer to patients. She advised me to come back. Well, I am a working, single mother, and I didn’t come back in a timely fashion to get the flu shot. As I’m telling her this, she’s constantly and aggressively interrupting me by saying that there’s no way that could’ve happened. They have over 2,000 flu shots, then went on to say if he would’ve had the flu shot he wouldn’t have gotten the flu. I went on to tell her that if she would’ve been listening to me she would understand that at the time of my son’s visit her office did not have them. I say all of this to say, I do understand she’s knowledgeable in her field, but I will never understand her making me feel less of a mother because I didn’t get my son the flu shot. The flu shot does not guarantee that you will not catch he flu, however, it is a precautionary method to decrease chances of catching the flu. Today was my son’s last visit at her office, and I will be looking for other pediatricians in my area due to the experience today. As a professional working with the public, regardless what field you’re in, you should never make your PAYING CUSTOMERS feel like something is their fault.... especially when you’re dealing with babies and parents. Went in and I stated EVERY symptom and with examination she diagnosed him. She also provided me knowledge about the diagnose. We love Dr. Garg. I like that she doesn't supply prescriptions as a first measure. I've brought all my children to see her and have followed her from office to office. She is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date with modern medicine practices.
