I have been going to Dr. Rama since I was 17 weeks pregnant high risk pregnancy. I have been sick since February with Hyperemesis gravidarum. Dr Rama immediately got me into the infusion center 3 days a week so I was able to function and stay hydrated. The staff is nice and quick at responding to doctor notes. The doctor replies right away to emails. I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointments. She is a very nice doctor that makes it comfortable to ask questions too. She tells you what to expect and what makes things a little easier. Having nice staff also help make the doctor office nice. Highly recommend!! She is great and understanding. I moved an hour and half away and will still make the drive to keep her as my doctor!

Dr. Rama is an amazing Dr. Her bedside manor is phenomenal! She would personally call me whenever I was having any issues during pregnancy. Her office staff is just as great! The thing I loved most was I knew who I was going to see every time I went to the dr. She is very dedicated and devoted to her patients. I could not have asked for a better experience. She made my last pregnancy a very unpleasant experience. Was sent for more non stress tests than needed and would not let me go one single day past my due date because I smoked. Consulted with my previous Dr from my first pregnancy (no longer in the area) about ramas reasonings and she even said it was ridiculous and unnecessary. If my husband and I wanted another child I definitely would NOT be going back to dr.rama. Not the experience I wanted for my last pregnancy!

Dr.Rama (for short) was the ideal doctor to work with for our family. She is a very busy person, and sought after by many around the Kankakee area, but she handles herself with the utmost professionalism. Expect her to be very quick and concise, answering any questions you may have, giving you expert advice, and then will be gone in a flash to assist to another who needs her expertise. When the times comes, you'll be happy you chose someone with the integrity and talents of the amazing Dr.Rama.

Dr. Ramakrishna would not see my wife and I because she is too high risk. With our insurance, she is one of the only doctors that are in our network and she doesn't want to help because my wife has gone through 2 cancer surgeries and now, after all that we are finally pregnant and she will not see us. She shows that it is not important to her to provide her expertise and services to someone in need, only to whom she chooses to see. Absolutely ridiculous to refuse to see high risk patients.

I HAVE BEEN WITH DR. RAMA ABOUT 18 YEARS. I WOULD NEVER GO TO ANYONE ELSE AND I DREAD THE DAY SHE RETIRES.... (SHE'S ABOUT THE SAME AGE AS ME) THIS DR. HAS SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE AND COMPASSON... THERE ISN'T ANYTHING SHE DOESN'T KNOW. WHEN EVER I HAVE A QUESTION, I TEXT HER THROUGH THIS WEBSITE AND SHE ALWAYS RESPONDS. BEST DR. EVER!!! ALSO, DAWN, THE RECEPTIONIST, IS THE BEST!!!

On several occasions I've had an hour plus wait because her staff forgot I was in a room. I scheduled an appointment for a full exam but she was too busy so she didn't perform the exam.
