Dr. Retna A Billano

I scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance. Then this morning driving over 50 miles in the bad rain and heavy traffic on 280, then getting there 1 hour early, this clerk going to tell me that my appointment was on Monday. I told her I put this date in my phone, so who made a mistake. Very bad service. Will not go back.

Dr. Billano is amazing. Very knowledgeable on all aesthetics platforms. i was a little nervous coming for my first botox injection, but she was gentle and did a great job ! i've been back 3 more times with phenomenal results! i definitely recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Billano has been my dermatologist for five years - I went to her on the recommendation of a friend who works in the medical field. I had a mysterious rash that appeared and she resolved it quickly - even though it was an obscure issue. She's great with medical issues - I have a lot of sun damage, and she helps catch and eliminate spots before they become bigger problems, and she does it with as little pain as possible. She's also great with cosmetic procedures, like Botox and filler - she's very honest about what results can be expected, and she delivers consistently. She doesn't "upsell" you on anything - she tells you what she thinks you need or what will achieve a certain result. I appreciate her forthright manner and her integrity. Also - her office staff is GREAT! Her nurses and front-desk associates are kind and welcoming and warm - they make me look forward to seeing her and everyone there. DR Billano is a wonderful Dr. She is kind and gives you the best care a Dr could give you. She is all about the patient . Her staff is very well trained . Her staff is all about patients needs . I would say if you need a Dermatology Dr. Billano would be the best choice. I Highly recommend her she is the best !!! Her Office is the cleanest office i have ever been to.

I used her when I was 19 years old and I’m 35 today! She’s awesome but in my current situation I lost my job due to covid and lost my blue cross blue shield and now have Medicaid.????????‍♀️ i would LOVE to go back and see her but cant. She’s awesome don’t listen to other reviews!

Dr.Billano was referred to me in January of 2017 by a physician who is also her patient. She has proven herself to be honest , knowledgeable & experienced with a staff that is second to none. I’ve used the services of other dermatologist in the past and been disappointed in the results from Botox and Fillers. Thanks to Dr.Billano I now look rested ,natural and at least ten years younger !

Whoever wrote the review saying Dr. Billano breezes past dermatology issues to talk about Botox has obviously NOT seen her. She sees medical dermatology three days a week and does fillers, etc only on Thursday and half day Friday. She doesn't do cosmetic procedures during medical derm hours so it is highly doubtful the one star review is true. I admit I'm one of those women who get fillers and Botox. I love Dr. Billano because she makes my face look so natural that no one knows its worked on.

Dr. Billano has become concerned only with the beauty part of dermatology. She breezes past medical conditions to get to the Botox and fillers. I guess that's where the most money is.

I am ten hours from home and have an allergic reaction causing a rash to start and spread from my stomach to my back and neck. I have called 17 dermatologist (LITERALLY) today and not one of them would see me on short notice, even though it was an emergency. Dr. Retna agreed to see me tomorrow morning even though they usually only do cosmetic appointments on Thursdays, and with the short notice. In my opinion, THAT is a great Doctor!
