Impressed, actually pleasant experience.

I was rejected today because of a bill that got turned in three days after it was asked for ten or more years ago. When I showed up to my appointment the receptionist basically told every person in the waiting room that I had a bill sent to collections a long time ago and that they couldn't see me until this was paid. I forget about this being so long ago but when I did remember it came back to me. It was three days late. More than ten years ago. She had the nerve to tell me they have standards after her spilling out my personal business loud enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear this. I had to tell her that I went bankrupt on all doctor bills a few years ago and had no ideas that this was one of them. She is still trying to collect. So of course I called my lawyer and the lawyer is going to take care of this but my gosh. No one in that waiting room needed to know all that information and no one on this review page does either but I want to let you know that this place is ruthless. There are plenty of dentist out there no one needs to be treated like that for any reason. She could have let me know this over the phone before I showed up for the appointment. Bad business as far As I'm concerned. Sorry thing is. I could have easily paid her that 97$ right there and then but after that.No way. Let my lawyer deal with it.
