Love this office staff and the doc. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Exiting the parking lot can be somewhat challenging but it is doable.

I have been here multiple times and I have yet to have a good experience. The lady up front is awful and rude and never wants to help, if they had good costumer service I would consider coming back but there just isn’t. I will not be returning, if I could give this place ZERO STARS I would...

I like both of the doctors. They are friendly and thorough in their examination. If I were only rating them, they would definitely be "5" stars. My issue is with one of the women who works at the front desk. I believe her name is Donna (gray hair). She is rude.

First time at this eye doctor since moving to town. Really enjoyed my experience. Probably the longest time I spent in the chair being looked over but only because Dr. Richard was very thorough during the exam since I hadn't been seen in a while and I was a new patient. The ladies at the desk - one was very sweet (taller, gray hair) but the other one (brown shoulder length hair) was a little off putting. Seemed a little condescending. When I was placing my order for glasses, she was talking about prices and extra additions to my lenses (transitions, blue light filter) as if I didn't know it was going to be expensive. I don't know if she thought I never paid for my own glasses before or what but, I did not appreciate her tone. Would have given 5 stars but that one receptionist/nurse (whatever she is) rubbed me wrong. First time at this eye doctor since moving to town. Really enjoyed my experience. We had moved to the area and decided to try Dr Dean's office for eye care. His examinations were very thorough and he made sure to take the time necessary to go over all of my conditions that affect my eye health, as well as my husband's correction issues. We are very pleased with his level of expertise and professionalism and will recommend him to anyone!
