Excellent! I switched dentists a few years ago because I started feeling like more of a customer than a patient at the beginning and end of each dentist visit at my former dentist's office. I started going to Dr. Fellows a few years ago and from the very first visit, I felt care and compassion not only from Dr. Fellows but from his staff as well. I go every six months or as needed. Yesterday, Dr. Fellows' receptionist got me in immediately when I told her I was in pain. It was no surprise when Dr. Fellows examined the tooth that was causing me pain, showed me the x-ray and gave me a detailed description, in layman's terms, about the issue and took immediate steps to fix what was hurting me. Dr. Fellows and his staff work with me as a team member on my journey to better health and are quick to act when I need their assistance in resolving my oral health issues, as I've described. I'm sure there are other really good dental providers, but for me, Dr. Fellows is hands down THE BEST!
