Dr Ford has been our family dentist forever! Our kids are now also patients. The staff is amazing and really knows the ins and outs of insurance coverage so that you don't overpay. The office is covid compliant and this restricts there being other waiting patients. Dr Rick takes time to explain everything and if more advanced work is required above general dentistry, will provide references to specialists. Dr. Ford has been my dentist for my entire life. He is very kind, trustworthy, and gentle with his patients. I now take my kids to him and they love going to the dentist.

Excellent, and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable and gentle. Dr. Ford tells me what be believes needs to be done but then he consults with me because I am the patient. I really don't like going to the dentist but since I have to go I want to go to a place that I've have always been treated with care and kindness. I love my dental hygienist Debbie she is the best. Keep up the good work!

I'm reviewing a procedure I had with Dr Ford in 1985. He performed two root canals on my #41 & #42 incisors, and though #41 seemed ok, #42 started giving me intermittent trouble starting about 1991. He should have referred me to a specialist. I would get a dull pain in my chin every now and then, and in 2012 I had an eruption on the bottom of my chin. It healed, but in 2015, I had my eye tooth next to #42 develop an abscess, and it was revealed in the X-Rays that the root canal done on #42 left about a centimeter of root undone. It had been getting infected on and off through the years, and now I have to get it fixed properly. If you had spent less time flirting with your D.A. at the time and more time paying attention to what you were doing, or better yet, refer to a specialist instead of trying to do endodontics yourself, this wouldn't be an issue. But you don't have to worry about that thirty years later. I do. That said, you did a great job with fillings back then. Still have some you did, and they still pass muster.
