Dr. Gentzler is by far the nicest Pediatric dentist I know, but the blonde, older dental hygienist is extremely rude. Two of my three children had their teeth cleaned by her on 1/5/22 and she was very rough while cleaning their teeth. She told my daughter to stop spitting while cleaning her teeth, and was pulling my sons lips like rubber bands while she was cleaning his teeth. My son simply asked where the bathroom was and she responded with, “Can’t you see it right in front of you?” We definitely will not be back and will change to Zoo Crew. Her actions make me believe she does not enjoy her job nor cleaning children of color teeth. They been taking care of my6 kids And both my sisters kids . They do a really good job with them and he explains everything there i you need to know.. my kids love him he will soon be having our daughter to make 7 kids for us I d take there and if he can't do it he sends you where they can .. and it's fast and easy for a parent and does reminder messages They been taking care of my6 kids And both my sisters kids . Very happy with them

Great place great staff. They went over and beyond for us. My son had caps and spacer put in and it was a great experience. Definitely would recommend this office

This dentist is amazing! Every time we come I have this big smile on my face. He is so thorough and explains every step with the children. Amazing place !!

I absolutely love everything about this office. Dr. Gentzler is amazing. As an RN I can tell you that this office is as professional if not more than the rest. Every patient and every parent is treated with 100% respect every time. I love Dr. Gentzler's conservative approach. He does not do un-necessary procedures/fillings that cause un-necessary pain and trauma to children. His practice is not about the billing its truly about the kids. We will forever be his biggest fans. My only wish is that he saw adults too!!! I absolutely love everything about this office. Dr. Gentzler is amazing. My daughter has been going here since she was 2 years old and I love them. They are always nice, and the dentist is amazing. My daughter has never been scared to go to the dentist and I think its because she's always had a good experience here.

This office is nice on the surface and deep down rude, and anything past cleaning they farm out to other dental offices

I love Dr. Gentzler. He was very polite and talked to my children during the whole procedure. We were in and out relatively quickly and didn't find any issues with the staffing.

Do not go here....I wouldn't give his staff one star, but you have to rate something. His front office ladies (2 of them) are rude, mean and nasty. Not the environment I want to take my children. The doc should evaluate his staff and do himself a favor....who needs that? Ladies...if you're reading this....you need Jesus! Love coming to Dr. Gentzler. My kids love him. Dr. Gentzler is super nice and his staff is super nice. Very clean office. I recommend Dr. Gentzler to anyone.

Dr. Gentzler and his staff are the best around. They are so patient and kind with my child and have made her not in the least bit afraid of the dentist. All the staff are always smiling and so friendly and always chat with me and my daughter. We are so thankful for such a wonderful dentist and his staff.

I would never use this office....not because of the doctor himself but the rude staff. I ran 7 minutes late - called and told them I would be a few minutes late and they were so rude to me it was unbelievable. I was okay they took 2 patients ahead of me because of being late, but 1 hour and 15 minutes later - they had taken in over 6 patients and said it was because I was late. And they were nasty about it. I left....don't go there....go somewhere where they want your business.

Dr. Gentzler has taken great care of our three kids. The staff is very kind and patient. They know how to gently coax cooperation from kids who are afraid of the dentist. We have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the office. Recently, one of our daughters had an problem with her gum that we were very worried about and they saw us immediately--as in within the hour. It turned out to be nothing but I really appreciated how they accommodated our "emergency." Dr. Gentzler has taken great care of our three kids. The staff is very kind and patient.
