I want to say how amazing the office staff and doctor Kingston is. I went in today and it was my first time at their office, for an extraction and they were all so kind and accommodating. They really take the time to care for their patients. I’ve never received a call from my doctor before either and he called to check on me. Excellent place, I highly recommend, I can’t say it more how amazing they were. They also are fast you’re not waiting around, they get you in and taken care of and make sure you’re good then you can go home.

Excellent service provided by Dr.Kingston and his team. The doctor was very kind and caring when I went back for my post surgery follow up. I am highly satisfied with the service. I would not hesitate to add a 5 star rating.

Dr. Kingston recently pulled three teeth of my elderly father. Dr. Kingston took great care of him and my dad is doing great. Can't thank Dr. Kingston enough for the care he provided.

I had my routine 6 month dental visit with my dentist. He was very concerned about change in an unerupted tooth that was causing pain. He wanted an oral surgeon consult as soon as possible. I called a surgical office and they could not see me for at least 2 months. Dr. Kingston office was able to see me in an hour. He explained the procedure and his plan of care. He also gave postop teaching to my husband. The staff was very professional and proficient. They were very patient and caring even though this was not in their original schedule. Postop, Dr. Kingston called my home that evening and spoke to me about my postop progress. The office called again in a week to check on my progress again.My care was not unusual for this surgeon and his staff. Several years ago my husband and my elderly father got this same excellent care. Thank you again Dr. Kingston and staff.

The staff dr kingston were absolutely wonderful. They saw the amount of pain i was in and they made sure i was ok through the whole process. I can not thank them enough.

Well worth the drive. Staff is great & it’s been 10+ years since needing Dr Kingston's expertise! What physician calls the evening of the procedure? None! I would suggest if you have questions for the Dr, do it before the sedative is put it your arm!!

Everyone at Kingston Oral Surgery is not only professional and informative but also caring and more than willing to help in any way. It was my first time going through a dental surgical procedure and I was nervous and anxious but the team at Kingston made the experience calming and pleasant. Dr. Kingston educated me about the procedure beforehand which made me comfortable about what was going to happen. He is an outstanding oral surgeon. After the procedure, I had minimal swelling and relatively little pain, more like a discomfort. If you value professionalism, patient care, and excellent chair side manners. I would definitely recommend DR. Kingston. He was such a caring doctor. His staff is also wonderful. Dr. Kingston has the best bedside manor. He even called me to make sure that I was doing well after my surgery. Thank you for making this a positive experience. Not many offices like this anymore.

I have been driving family members to Dr. Kingston's for teeth extractions. A few days ago it was my turn. I had an emergency tooth problem that my dentist called Dr. Kingston . The office squeezed me in. They did a wonderful job and Dr. Kingston always followed up by calling the patients home in the evening to see how they are doing. He also might say what he encountered when pulling the tooth. I would not hesitate to continue to go to Dr. Kingston if I need to.

What a great experience! Everyone in the office was extremely professional, courteous and compassionate. At 72, I wasn’t too excited about getting a back tooth extracted but the entire process went smoothly and zero pain. Highly recommend….not only Dr. Kingston but the entire office staff. Wish I had gone there years earlier.

Dr. Kingston removed my wisdom teeth when I was a teenager & when I needed an extraction at age 50, of course I went back to him. I have to say, I was a little more anxious at age 50 than I was when I was younger, but the staff couldn’t count have been more patient & understanding! From the staff on the phone, to the staff assisting with the extraction, they were just amazing! They got me in within hours of me calling too (so less time for me to worry about it!) The office is squeaky clean too! THANK YOU Dr. Kingston & staff! You can be sure that when my teenage daughter is ready for her wisdom teeth to be removed that we will back! I got tooth #2 pulled today, the ladies at the desk down to the assistants and Dr Kingston are the nicest people ever, I was sedated I have no memory of what happened lol but I do remember how nice everyone was!!!

I do not like dentists. Yes that is a bit of puzzling intro to what will be a glowing review but let me explain. I have had some fairly unpleasant run ins with dentists over the years, bad enough that I left wisdom death that desperately needed extraction on the table because I was so afraid of going to yet another practice that would leave even more problems than solutions. By the time I came across Dr Kingston's office I wasn't in great shape and could avoid it no longer. Instead of the indifference and mixed solutions of the past came a doctor that made you feel like your problems actually mattered to them. It was such a good feeling to have someone with such a calming manner and easy way of explaining what would happen that I trusted everything would be fine without question and guess what, it was. Dr. Kingston and his staff were absolutely AMAZING. I called on Friday morning right when they opened with extreme tooth pain. They fit me in that morning for a tooth extraction. The entire staff was nothing but AMAZING and helpful. I have had no issues/pain since the extraction. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kingston and his staff. They took great care of me while I was there and followed up the night of the extraction to check on me as well. I cannot thank Dr. Kingston and his group enough!

Absolutely amazing! I had an infected tooth that I had pain in all weekend. I called and left a message Sunday afternoon and Dr. Kingston's office called me back first thing Monday morning with an appointment for 10:00am. I suffer from anxiety and Dr. Kingston and his staff were exceptional from the time I walked through the door. No swelling or pain that OTC Motrin did not take care of. The procedure went smoothly and before I knew, it was over. I would recommend them to anyone and will not hesitate to go back again. Dr. Kingston even called that night personally to see how I was doing and go over what I should be doing as after care. Best oral surgeon ever!

I needed to have #1 wisdom tooth extracted. Dr, Kingston was recommended by my dentist. Dr. Kingston and the office staff were all professional, pleasant and accommodating. The surgery was a success with no issues. I received a personal phone call from Dr. Kingston at the end of the day to see how I was doing, first time in my life any health care professional has done that and I am a senior citizen. Dr. Kingston and his staff truly care about their patients.

Even with COVID-19 rules, the nurses and Dr were kind and caring. They were safe and organized. The office was clean and neat. I had very little pain and swelling. I had a root canal tooth removed from the back of my mouth, which is a hard root to remove. I highly recommend this Dr.

I woke up Saturday morning with a very bad toothache. I got through the weekend and on Monday I called my dentist and they brought me in and did an x-ray which showed that I had an infection which meant that I would have to have the tooth removed. The receptionist called an oral surgeon who I had gone to before and told them I was in a lot on pain and needed to be seen, they told her that they didn't have anything for 3 weeks. My dentist suggested that she call Dr. Kingston's office and after she spoke with the receptionist they had me come right over and took care of my problem. The staff and Dr. Kingston were wonderful and after retiring from healthcare after 50 years these people made me have hope that there are people who still want to help. Thank you so much to Dr.Kingston and your staff.

Dr. Kingston and his staff are amazing! They are caring individuals and accommodated my many allergies/health conditions. I was sedated for a tooth extraction and woke with no pain!!! Dr. Kingston called that evening to see how I was doing. Who knew having a tooth pulled could be a great experience.

Dr. Kingston is amazing! He has taken out 5 of my children’s wisdom teeth and now I recently needed 2 infected teeth removed. He knows what he is doing if you follow the post care instructions you will feel better in 2 days! His staff esp Diane is the Queen! She can stick you with a needle and it’s like nothing went into your arm she is a master! They have all your paperwork ready and prepped for you. My only suggestion is I wish you could have like 10 min with the Dr to talk to him about his opinion of what you should do next. Even though he is not your primary dentist. I would love his expertise.

If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. My 12 year old needed 2 teeth extracted to continue with his orthodontic treatment. After some online searching I found this office and they were amazing from start to finish. Exceeding expectations and going way above and beyond. They ensured my son was well taken care of and kept me in the loop throughout his procedure. It’s been 8 hours since his surgery and he feels great! Thank you to everyone who helped today. I hope to not need any more teeth pulling appointments, but if I do I will definitely go back to your office. If I could rate higher than a 5 I would. I went in and had an extraction of a large molar. Within 6 hours after the procedure I felt completely normal like nothing was done. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Dr. Kingston! His assistant Diane was great as well!

I highly recommend going here! After over a month dealing with an infected tooth and I couldn't get it out till the end of January. I called and the next day they had me in. I couldn't thank them enough. The doctors and his staff were super nice and supportive. They all made me feel comfortable. First time in a long time after any doctors office was I treated right.

I just love Dr. Kingston. Have been seeing him since he started to practice, and he is the best doctor you could have for your dental surgical procedures. He is kind, caring, and knows all the answers.

The doctor and staff were top notch in all phases of my procedure. The staff explained everything in perfect detail and the doctor even called me later that day to see if I was alright and if I had any questions. In today's day and age this is unheard of, they all treated me like a person that they have been friends with for a while. Highly recommended for any work that needs to be done!

Had to have 2 different oral surgeries performed. Both difficult surgeries. Dr. Kingston performed both surgeries and personally called me the night of the surgery to check on how I was doing. Not one of his staff but Dr. Kingston called. He is a very competent and trustworthy surgeon.

I had been experiencing problems for over a year. Two dentists and two endodontists informed me I had an infection at the site of a root canaled tooth. They recommended I see an oral surgeon for possible extraction. I saw two oral surgeons at St. Luke's OMS. Those oral surgeons told me I did not have an infection. One of those surgeons was rude, obnoxious, impatient, non-caring and said that I "was just looking for something." Obviously, after that experience, I searched for another oral surgeon. My husband's colleague highly recommended Dr. Kingston. I met Dr. Kingston, and immediately noticed that he had a good demeanor and bedside manners, he was patient, listened to my concerns, and I felt he was caring and genuinely concerned about helping me. First ever tooth pulled so I was nervous Staff was so nice and calmed me down. They told me everything they were going to do. Before you knew it, I was done. They walk you to a small room ( their hands on my hips and my hands on their shoulder's) where they put you in a nice recliner with a big soft blanket. Then they bring in the person who drove you and explain everything. When they're ready, the doctor comes in and holds the door to the exit where you leave. I had two wisdom teeth extracted and was in dire need. He and his team were wonderful and took my case seriously and I was able to have an emergency extraction, after being told at a handful of other places I would need to wait over a week, or even month. Because my periodontist was on vacation, my dentist recommended that I call Dr. Kingston's office. I was really experiencing a situation where I just couldn't wait any more for the return of my previous practitioner. I called Dr Kingston's office 7/10/2018 at around 2:00 pm and explained my situation to the receptionist. She put me on hold so that she could see when they could fit me in. Much to my surprise, she asked if I could come right in. I cannot explain how grateful I am that they were able to make my issue a priority and that they immediately took care of me as I walked through the door. I was in and out within about an hour, and my experience was STELLAR. I wish that I could remember the nurse's name, but I instantly liked her demeanor and personality. We talked about our dogs, and she was just such a beautiful person inside and out. I only briefly got to meet Dr Kingston prior to the procedure. He was very kind and explained the procedure and expectations. This procedure required anesthesia, so my memories stop right there hahah! Dr. Kingston and his team are excellent! I needed my wisdom teeth removed and of course was nervous. The procedure was painless! They took such good care of me. Recovery was so fast! I was able to get back to work the next morning. I recommend them highly!

My husband Howard had to undergo extensive oral surgery. Dr Kingston is a highly skilled, professional and a friendly doctor. Due to the nature of the surgery my husband was prescribed pain medication. He never had to take the meds. Dr Kingston was excellent. I cannot praise him enough. His office manager Diane and her staff were friendly and very helpful. I, worked in the dental field for 17 yrs in NY before moving here. When I called this office, was in a great deal of pain, with an impacted wisdom tooth. Dr. Kingston's office scheduled me the same day. When I arrived, I was taken back within 10 minutes. The staff was so kind, and they worked like a well oiled machine, prepping me for the extraction. Before I knew it the procedure was over, and Dr Kingston explained what he had to do to remove the tooth. This office clearly made the anxiety of getting the extraction much easier. What a wonderful office!

Horrible experience. Staff is very “friendly” until they realize you can’t pay their large balance. With insurance my co pay was $470 . I had a very bad infection AND I was in massive pain. Instead of setting up a payment arrangement (I offered to put money down and pay $100 a month automatic draft) they turned me away. No sympathy. No remorse. I don’t know how they expect a 23 year old college student to walk around with $470. He’s a doctor with more money than everybody in that office, the least he could’ve done was worked with me. Dr. Kingston and his staff got me in quickly to check out the what was causing my pain. When they found that one of my wisdom teeth was the cause of the pain and discomfort, they worked with my schedule to get me in as soon as they could to extract the problem tooth. Through the entire process, I felt like the entire staff were both very professional, and very caring. From the initial phone call, through the office visits, and to the follow-up calls that I received I give the entire staff an A+!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Kingston!! He recently removed my son's wisdom teeth as well as an extra tooth under his gum. He also removed my daughter's (10) baby teeth. That same day, my daughter felt great and had little to no pain. My son took his pain med regularly and felt good beginning the next day. Dr. Kingston explained the oral surgery at our consult, answered all questions, called in all needed med's, and called us after the surgery to make sure my kids were doing fine.

Dr. Kingston and his entire staff could not have been kinder or more professional. I walked in to make an appointment to have a small lesion removed from my tongue. I was very scared and had waited months to ask for help. Instead of just giving me an appointment, they went the extra mile and took me right in and within an hour he fixed my problem. No pain and immediate recovery. I would go to Dr. Kingston again and highly recommend him!!

We loved our experience with Dr. Kingston, and his office staff is friendly and accommodating. My daughter is in college across the state and they managed to squeeze her consult in over Thanksgiving and do the surgery over Christmas break. Dr. Kingston followed up himself to see how my daughter was progressing the day after surgery. The office is clean, offers free wifi and has good parking. The nurse even walked her to the car once her recovery was finished. She healed perfectly.

I took my five year old son to Dr. Kingston to remove a back molar and had a wonderful experience! They quickly made an appointment for us given the tooth was causing my child pain and prepared me ahead of time on what to expect. The waiting room, recovery room, and most importantly the staff and doctor helped make this a great experience for us.
