I JUST LOVE DOCTOR MILAZZO! HE'S A VERY CARING MAN & HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING CLEARLY AND THOROUGHLY. GREAT BED SIDE MANNER. I LOVE THE ATTENTION HE GIVES TO YOU WHILE YOU ARE SITTING DOWN TALKING TO HIM...ALWAYS WITH HIS NOTE PAD WRITING THINGS DOWN AS WE TALK & LOOKS AT YOU WHILE YOUR TALKING, DOESN'T HAVE HIS BACK TO YOU TYPING IN THE COMPUTER. I ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT HE GOES OVER YOUR CHART BEFORE YOU GO IN THE EXAM ROOM N IS READY. HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND ALL MEASURES TO HELP YOU OR FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL HELP YOU. HIS OFFICE STAFF IS THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. OMG, THEY SHOULD ALL GET AN AWARD FOR JUST PUTTING UP WITH ME AND ALL THE HELP & QUESTIONS I HAVE. THESE LADIES ARE ALWAYS SO KIND IN PERSON & ON THE PHONES. WHENEVER I HAVE A QUESTION OR I NEED SOMETHING TAKEN CARE OF THEY DO IT ASAP.THEY CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED WITH WHATEVER YOU HAVE ASKED FOR TOO. THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I CAN SAY BAD ABOUT THE STAFF OR DOCTOR MILAZZO. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A NEW PRIMARY GENERAL DOCTOR... RICHARD MILAZZO IS YOUR MAN! I have been a patient of Dr. Milazzo for at least 33 years. He has always been caring and compassionate. He is very attentive to my health concerns, and his experience and expertise are second to none. On those rare occasions when I needed assistance on a weekend or evening, Dr. Milazzo has always responded promptly to my phone call. I highly recommend Dr. Milazzo.

Uncaring and horrible!

We have been patients of this doctor for more than 40 years. Despite the stress and years of hard work, Dr. Milazzo is still a man who cares about his patients. He is very good with seniors, and shows a great deal of patience. We are indeed fortunate that he returned to the area where he grew up, and has been committed to this community. His staff is friendly and kind. Not only are you treated, but you are treated as a person. He makes referrals to specialists when it is appropriate.

Superior in every respect. Intense commitment to his patients, spending as much time as necessary to answer all questions. Friendly, open atmosphere of utmost caring. Astute diagnoses with referrals as necessary when patient requires more specialized attention.
