Always kind , caring and knowledgeable .. Staff is also pleasant and concerning...

I was very impressed with Dr. Palesano. I thought he was very thorough and explained every procedure to me.I will be a permanent patient.

Dr. Palesano and his nurses are the best. They are friendly and professional. I have been very pleased with the results of the treatment that I have received. Have recommended him to several people.

First class doctor, first class human being. Has taken care of my family for 25+ years, hate to see him retire but so happy for him. He has earned it!

I generally always have a very pleasant experience at Dr.Palesano's office. Check in is usually fairly quick and I am able to get in and seen fairly quickly as well. Dr. Palesano is incredibly nice and friendly, and I feel that he takes the time to really listen to my symptoms and concerns and come up with the best treatment plan that will work for me. His staff and nurses are always very friendly and nice as well. I generally always have a very pleasant experience at Dr.Palesano's office. This was my first visit with Dr. Palesano and I was completely satisfied. He was very polite and I totally recommend him to everyone. He solved the issue with my ear in less than 20 mins. I’m so grateful for him and his staff.

Dr Palesano and his nurses are wonderful. They have treated my daughter for 12 years. They are like family to us!!

Doesn't uphold the Hippocratic Oath. I'd go out of state to find a doctor rather than ever see him again.

Dr. Palesano and his nurse are top notch.

Everyone was kind. I didn't have to wait long to get in, or even for the hearing test. The doctor listened to my concerns. He was honest and open.

Great doctor. Always takes time to listen and explain things in a way you can understand. I would recommend him to anyone.

First visit with Dr Palesano and was very impressed. I got in on time which is very important to me. I hate waiting passed my appointment time. He explained everything clearly to me. No complaints and would recommend.

Dr. Palisano listened to my complaint and discussed his plan of action after doing an endoscope to check my vocal chords. Always professional and always friendly, I would highly recommend him for any eye, ear, nose or theoat concerns.

Dr palesano is absolutely the best! I've had to see him for a few things one being my tonsillectomy and let me tell you it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I was scared to death as an adult to have the surgery but if you are considering it please do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Palesano. My kids and I have been a patient of Dr Palesano for years! In my opinion, he is the best ENT in Mobile! He’s very personable, compassionate and he shows that he really cares about his patients!

Dr. Palesano conveys a pleasant, courteous, manner which puts the patient at ease. I have seen him on two occasions and appreciated his manner of addressing my health problems. My husband had sinus surgery performed by Dr. Palesano. We were thankful for his knowledgeable, efficient manner, and appreciated the kindness of his staff.

Wow. Such a pleasure to go to a new doctor and get right in. Dr. Palesano was professional and knowledgeable about my problem. I was in and out but never felt rushed or unimportant. It's obvious that he is passionate about what he does. I feel confident and comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment.

Dr. Palesano is a true professional. He listened to what I had to say and checked my ears to determine if there was a problem. He even sent me to the audiologist to verify his prognosis. Sadly, the audiologist doesn't listen as well as Dr. Palesano. When I told her that the ringing in my ears made it difficult to determine whether or not I was hearing the beeps, she told me just to say yes when I THOUGHT that I heard them. Well, with the ringing in my ears, it sounded like the beeps were nonstop. So, I just kept saying yes, even though hearing anything after the ringing started was extremely difficult.
