Beware of this Doctor and his office staff. They will take your money without, making sure their patients truly understand what they are paying for. My elderly father needed glasses and went here. What a big mistake. They took advantage of his trust in them, believing that they would take care of him and they didn’t. They didn’t give him an estimate because according to them, he didn’t ask for one, He ended up paying over $1000 between out-of-pocket and insurance benefits to have his lenses replaced.

Exorbitantly high profit margins on contacts. Go anywhere else and pay 40% of what they charge. $600 for a year’s worth of contacts instead of $240 right down the street at Envision Eye Care. When price was questioned with two other quotes, the only response I got was, “That’s just our pricing.” IMO, this is a very unethical way to do business. Do not make the same mistake I made. Terrible service. Outrageous prices. Would not reccomend to my enemies.

My experience with this place was awful... Never liked Dr. Pinelli since day one which was in my third grade and in the following years... He goes through the examination way too fast and doesn't get your precipitation correct and is way too over priced according to what I pay other competitors !!!!

Very rushed exam. Outrageous prices for contact lenses and no refund when they are wrong strength. I’d never go back or recommend anyone

What a wonderful, positive first experience with this practice !! I was referred to them from a friend and, even though it is over an hour drive for me, it was well worth the trip. The Doctor and Staff treated me warmly and with respect and made me immediately feel like family. They respected my personal needs and concerns and made the entire experience very comfortable and hassle-free. He even found a few discrepancies with my previous glasses prescription! Even though my previous eye doctor is only 15-minutes from my home, it is well worth the drive to be treated like the good old fashioned days instead of being just another number in an assembly line. Stopped there today for an adjustment on my new glasses obtained from the VA. An employee told me there would be a charge for this service that Walmart and others do at no charge. Shame on you for not taking care of a veteran!

Just finished with a wonderful appointment with Dr. Pinelli. He and his staff are professional, accommodating, and very personable. The eye exam was extremely thorough. The whole staff made the experience a very enjoyable one.

Very friendly and knowledgeable -both office personnel and doctor. Quick to communicate through the phone, quick to serve and to make our visit easy and pleasant. So happy to have found a new eye doctor for our family in the state of PA.

I just left my first appointment with Dr. Pinelli. He and his staff are absolutely delightful. Not only are they professional and trustworthy to take care of your most important asset, your eyes, they make the process one you will enjoy.

I highly recommend Dr. Pineal like, he was caring for I and my daughters' visions since they were teens, and now my granddaughters as well, need I say anymore???
