There's almost no parking. Took about 1/2 hour to fill out forms since they're trying to do it digitally and they don't have it down. They ask for your Social Security number (don't give it). Then the Dentist doesn't seem to realize that when he verbally berates his employees - every client can hear it in his small office (old house).

Tries to take advantage of people. He was rude and I would advise anyone to to steer clear of this character. Read other reviews.

Failed implant due to incorrect installation. Cost me $ 6580 to have the damage repair by a qualified periodontist. Sloppy work. He seems to lack knowledge of current dentistry.

Major cavities missed causing additional work and potential long term issues.

Scheduled our appointments 6 months ago, confirmed our appointments last week through text and email, and received another 2 texts yesterday to remind us about our appointments today. When we arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointments, the office was locked up tight and no one answered the phone. Guess he decided to take off today - Thanks for letting us know!!??! We only go for cleaning and we have never had dental work done by him. After reading about the doctor’s many impending lawsuits resulting from his horrible skills, I am SO grateful! The office is cramped and just sad. The staff is mistreated by Dr Snitzer continuously- he is straight rude to them. He has even tried to rush us into having my son’s implant done a year earlier than we were advised by our orthodontist. When COVID-19 made it necessary to push back our appointments last year, he tried to get us to schedule another appointment just a couple months later, so he could get the $ - our insurance covers 2 appointments per calendar year. I’ve known Dr Snitzer a very long time (30yrs) . I’ve been away for 6 and my temp bridge came out while on STL. He squeezed me in, replaced my temp so I could smile again. Returned to Chi-town ????

I had a cleaning on 10-14-2020 and alot of dental work on 10-15-2020. I was in the chair for 3.5 hours on the 15th. Kaime and Rachael were very professional and both made me feel very comfortable during the procedures. I am very paranoid about going to the dentist but they both eased my fears today. I went for my dental appointment yesterday and had such an easy time getting through all the paperwork and procedures. I have been coming to Dr. Snitzer for several years and must say that his staff and him are very professional, kind, and great at what they do and they made my experience truly enjoyable and helpful. Paid out of pocket for a root canal 5 + years ago and the tooth broke today. Went to a new dentist and there is no sign of a root canal being done on this tooth. I know will lose the tooth permanently and have to pay for bone graft and implant.

Thank you doctor Snitzer Doctor London and and the rest of the staff. I was in extreme pain and called Dr. Snitzer and he made sure that my procedure went smoothly extremely smooth. He is the most honest and kind doctor I have ever met!

Dr. Snitzer is a great dentist & person. He does great work and provides so many people with the proper dentistry they need. I’ve personally witnessed him help hundreds of people to get the dental work they needed. He will come in early, leave late, work through lunch, you name it.. JUST TO ACCOMMODATE his patients. He has so many patients that have been going to him for 15+ years and absolutely refuse to go else where. That doesn’t happen from providing poor service or being rude. He fixed my front teeth & I cried. I never thought my teeth would look so good. I’m forever grateful for Dr. Snitzer & Lyrissa (Manager of Operations). Half of the people on here complaining have probably gotten most of their work done by him for practically free because he’s kind hearted. Worst dentist in St Louis, looked him up on case net and has over 10 lawsuits! Dudes is horrible.

My sister and I had been going to his office almost our entire lives. As a result we have both needed significantly more dental work than normal to fix the mistakes he has made in our mouths. I had a temporary crown from him on for 3 months until it broke into pieces in my mouth. Would call every week in that time to schedule an appointment but the staff would hang up on us and never return the call. Save yourself the time and money and go to a dentist who will do the job right the first time rather than cost you more in the long run. A crown came loose over the weekend and Dr. Snitzer and his staff fit me in first thing monday morning to get it back on. Emili was super nice and patient with me on the phone going over my new insurance and getting everything switched over. Great experience and great service.

I've been a patient of Dr. Snitzers since 2005 and have had 4 root canals 1 on top left front 3 on bottom left 1 in process of being an implant.2 implants on top left front since December 21 2014. Very happy with this dentist and staff. Shout out to Chris (Hygienist/Assistant) she worked with me the most.

The doctor and his staff are rude and unprofessional. I have observed him yelling at a service provider on the phone and talking down to his staff while sitting is his dental chair. Very unhappy with the overall crown process I had in his office, had to wait 12+ weeks to get permanent crown. This guy is a jackass. Came into a restaurant I was in and acted like an ass. Pulled up this website and apparently it's how he treats his staff....dude needs punched in the pie hole. Da fuq

I like the idea of where they can still manually clean your teeth like old school but the downside is that the music they play in the background is garbage. What you often hear is Y98 which sometimes that station plays songs with sexual content. He is a good dentist though. He too prefers Bach over the stuff they play.

Best Dentist i could ask for! He's really good at what he does and is always willing to see you if you're having any issues with your teeth. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

Had a root canal done and promised 5-10 years... a year and a half later went to a new dentist and had to go to a specialist to have it redone. He missed two roots and made the cap too big. Rushes through things and is sloppy and rude to assistants.

The doctor is grouchy, yelling at the staffs all the time, it took forever for you to get an answer of your question about your appointment in their office. 2 examples to share about the doctor: I asked him one time to help reviewing XRay of my braces progress, he said: I can take a look, but...., why do you need to say "but" and no words after "but"?, i have a cavity in one of my teeth, he said he can only see me 2 months later w/o explanation.This clinic ruins your day! Don't go there!!

Dr. Snitzer filled two of my teeth a year ago, and I'm in the process of having the second of the two fillings fixed by a different dentist. And actually, he bumped the adjacent tooth on both fillings, so I've ended up having to get 4 teeth filled to fix the 2 he filled. He berates his poor assistants and made me very uncomfortable in the chair. I do not recommend!

Glad I left when I did Dr was always in a hurry to get to the next person. Rude to staff treated them with no respect. Warning he will talk you in to anything to make money.

Had 2 root canals done last year, rushed through both and got them "done" in under 2hrs. Temp caps were put on incorrectly causing a great deal of duscomfort for myself, enough where I took it off myself. Come to find out that it was not fit correctly and dug into my gums. Uberly expensive and doesn't quite go over payments w/ you. Now finding out that I have to go to a specialist due to pain in one that he had done and possible redo it as I may still have infection/root attached. Don't go!!!

Dr. "Shister" was not a happy person.. Since i left his office i have had A1 teeth.

I will NEVER recommend Dr. Snitzer. He is rude and unprofessional. My husband recently had 4 crowns put on by Dr. Snitzer's staff. He ONLY checked them out at end of procedure. Due to my husband's discomfort, we went to another dentist to check out these new crowns. Based on an x-ray, one of the 4 crowns had to be replaced - cement was left between 2 of the crowns. Dr. Snitzer treats his staff disrespectfully--talking rude to them in front of patients. Handicap accessibility is terrible.

Worst Dentist, rushes work, messes up more teeth in the process. Just search reviews on the interent, he has many bad reviews. Think horror film dentistry!

Do not use this dentist. He overbooks appointments, never one time, is always rushed, delegates majority of work to assistants and techs, and does sloppy work. His demeanor is unprofessional -- yelling at staff where everyone can hear. Has long phone conversations at top of his voice instead of taking care of his patients.

Terrible dentist. He spends a lot of time yelling at his staff and talking on his cell phone. Rushes through appointments. Waiting room packed with people because he isn't on time. Now having work he did in the past 2 years redone by another dentist because of shoddy work.

I recently had to have a root canal redone because not only did he miss an entire root, but he did not complete one in it's entirety. Very painful experience with the bonus of having to pay for it twice. DO NOT make the mistake of using this Dr. for anything other than a cleaning.

It's hard to find a place to start! Compassion is the first word that comes to mind. How many dentist do you know that work until 7:00 or come in on thanksgiving! He dosent waste your time by leaving you in a dental chair for the whole day he gets you in and out and back to the office! His staff are experienced and well trained. Looking for a dentist who still cares? Call Dr Snitzer you won't be dusapointed.
