I’ve seen Dr. Buck twice and think she is a good doctor. Her office staff is rude, incompetent and unprofessional. They cannot order prescriptions correctly tests. The office is not automated so they write an order for, instance in my case, bloodwork and bone density on a prescription pad with no diagnosis code. Quest had to call them for the DX. When you ask them to fax the order to the facility with a DX they tell you to get the fax number. If you call for tests results they act like you are putting them out. They tell you they didn’t receive the test results which were faxed the next day but they don’t call you have to. Unbelievable! I can’t imagine how many patients Dr. Buck has lost because of her staff. I won’t be going back.
