Robert H Charney

Apppointment on 2/23. CT Scan on 2/27. It is now 3/10 and Dr. Charney, nor his staff, have followed-up regarding the CT Scan results and medical recommendations. Tired of numerous phone calls to his office only to be placed on hold for over 30 minutes at a time. This experience has been frustrating.

While I was in Saint Barnabas I meant Dr. Keith Gannes cardiology I made an appointment and followed up with Dr. Robert Charney. Both doctors went out of their way to explain everything to me they had the greatest bedside manner there any other heart doctor I’ve been to I recommend to all my friends and I do have many at this is the place you want to go

I was very disappointed in this provider. He was not a good listener. He did not explain my medical situation well. He was anxious during the medical exam. He suggested a nuclear stress test and told me he would call me within 24 hours after the test. He never called me. He responded to a portal message four days after the test.
