Fantastic doctor did a great job fixing the problems with my shoulder - He listened to my problem addressed all issues. Ended up needing surgery he did an excellent job feeling great.

After several shoulder dislocations, Dr. DeFalco performed surgery which has resulted in my shoulder feeling much tighter and stronger. He and his staff were understanding and guided me through post surgery therapy with routine followups and long term exercise plans.

I had a torn rotator cuff, bone spur and was in need of a bicep repair. Previous to seeing Dr. DeFalco, I had seen two other surgeons who were not sure they could repair my shoulder with success - not something you want to hear from your surgeon. I came to Dr. DeFalco and he said "yes, I can fix it". I am happy to say that I am 100% recovered. Of course, I followed post procedure protocol as the good doctor said I must to recover. Thank you for having confidence in me so I can ride my bike into the sunset again. Be well!

Rotator Cuff and Bicep surgery back in September of 2021. Dr. Defalco started very conservatively - before suggesting surgery. Once surgery was the best option he explained the entire process and what to expect. I would highly recommend Dr. Defalco and the entire team - they look at the person and not the age of the patient like other orthopedic groups i have dealt with. They tailor your needs to make you the best you can be at your age - pushing for your success.

Rotator Cuff and Bicep surgery were excellent. I could not ask for a better outcome. Shoulder is back to 100%. Dr. Defalco and Diane his assistant were very attentive during recovery. Recommend Dr. Defalco very highly.

Dr. De Falco was very informative and helpful and very interested in my well being and future health. He gave me a cortisone shot which helped and recommended Ivy Physical Therapy which helped also. I am feeling much better now and will continue to do my at home exercises and would highly recommend Dr. De Falco!

Dr. DeFalco performed my knee surgery. He did not rush to surgery as the first option. We tried a cortisone injection, a gel injection, and extensive physical therapy first. He was clear with what to reasonably expect as an anticipated surgery outcome, and he was right on the mark. I consider the surgery a success and my knee is in much better shape than before. I am very satisfied with the care he and his team provided throughout this process. Accordingly, the PA on his team, Diane Niestrepski, is also top notch!

I had knee surgery recently, and between the people that work in the office and the surgical team he has they were the best and so amazing. They kept in contact with me to make sure everything was going good and always got me in to do the check ups at a great time. I would never use anyone else except the awesome people at his practice. Excellent Doctor. Very concerned with how I was recovering from a workmen's compensation injury. I couldn't have been happier with the care that he and his staff provided.

He was very thorough. Because of the size of my rotator cuff tear he made sure I moved slow enough in my rehab to allow for proper healing yet pushed me to make sure my movement came back to full. His whole staff was great. I hope there is no reason fore to go back but if something does come up I won't hesitate calling his office.

Dr. DeFalco has been great! He has worked with me, never pressured me or told me what I had to do, and has always given me all the time I needed. Everything has always been up to me with much guidance. He is always realistic, positive and friendly. I would highly recommend him, especially for rotator cuff and other shoulder problems, in addition to being a first class surgeon. His team is top notch, very competent and dedicated.

Dr Defalco fixed my shoulder. He took his time every visit I had and made sure I felt better. I've seen many orthopedics and had a pervious surgery on my right shoulder before. This was a different and 100% better experience.

I’m so happy I found Dr Defalco and his staff. He operated on my right knee from an injury sustained in a car accident, after two years of pain Dr Defalco was able to successfully operate and treat my knee. Dr Defalco and his staff were always available to answer any questions I had and he took a tremendous amount of time during office visits to examine my knee and answer any questions I had. Dr. Delfalco has done 2 surgeries and the outcome was great! I have full range of motion and pain is gone. I would recommend his services to everyone I know. He also took care of my son and planned the procedure to it would not hurt his football performance.

I am NOT a fan of anesthesia ...at all. Before getting the scalpel, Doctor DeFalco took a conservative approach to my rotator cuff and bicep tendon tear, trying PT and cortisone first. Dr. DeFalco took the time to ease my concerns, answer every question, and put me at ease. Surgery a success. I like his "matter-of-fact" manner when approaching what needed to be done, how it was going to get done, and what to expect when he/we were done.

Dr. Defalco has successfully helped me throughout the past years with some orthopedics issues, and I am so grateful to have him as my doctor. He knows exactly how to treat my issues and fixes everything. He is so pleasant and professional, taking the time to explain what I need to know about my condition. His assistant Stephanie is super nice, professional and friendly always helping me feel comfortable at every appointment.

I have been under Dr DeFalco’s care for a “frozen shoulder” condition since June 2020. At my 1st visit, I received X-ray and cortisone injections to help with my shoulder pain. Dr DeFalco explained by condition and possible treatments starting with PT and ending with surgery, which he felt I would not need. The office referred me to a wonderful Physical Therapist which has helped me tremendously. I am impressed with how much time Dr DeFalco spends at my appointments, listens to my concerns, answers all my questions and explains everything in detail. I never felt rushed. Yesterday was my last visit with Dr. DeFalco as I am almost 100% healed. I would highly recommend him and his practice.

I had a meniscus tear in April of this year. I saw Dr. Defalco first by a virtual visit as it was in the onset of the Covid lockdown. He looked at my X-ray and recommended PT. I saw him in person a couple weeks later, and I like the fact that he didn't just rush me right into surgery. We tried the PT first, and only after it wasn't quite healing right he scheduled an MRI and eventually meniscus repair surgery. Had the procedure in July and am back to work now, still recovering and continuing PT and it is going very well. He's very professional, and answers all of my questions patiently. I hope I don't have to see him again, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.

Doctor DeFalco is a so wonderful, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and he treats you like you are very special. Thanks to him, I can go without pain in my knee. He gave me a treatment (without any pain) that allowed me to have many days pain free. He explained all my options as far as having surgery at some further date but at this time, exercising is important. He has a wonderful staff, always pleasant and caring. They all make your visit a pleasant experience.

I have been under Dr DeFalco's care for a brutal rotator cuff injury, repair, and rehabilitation since March. I could not be happier with his care, attention to my injury, and protocols he has set in place to ensure that I fully recover. Like most offices, they are very busy. I am always impressed with the amount of time he spends with me to ensure that all of my questions are answered and that I have an understanding of my treatment regimen. I never feel that he is looking at his watch to ensure he only spends a certain amount of time with me before jumping to the next patient. Dr.Defalco is one of the best in the business. He knows what he's doing and does it well. His time frames and estimates for nearly everything in an injury is extremely accurate. He sees everyone's potential and is with them all the way. From the surgery to the full on sprints. He makes sure you are stronger than before.

I’ve been to 2 orthopedic surgeons before I found Dr. DeFalco. I would never go anywhere else! He is caring and compassionate and spends a lot of time with you answering questions and making sure that you understand your injury and options, something that is very rare in the orthopedic surgeon field. His office staff is friendly and his PA Diane is awesome. I highly recommend Dr. DeFalco!

Dr. De Falco was very knowledgeable and experienced in treating my condition. I received X-rays and cortisone injections at my first visit which alleviated some of the pain. Then, I was immediately sent for an MRI so he can better diagnose the severity of my injury and further treat it. I was also immediately referred to a wonderful P/T facility 3x per week which has helped a great deal. I continue to see Dr. D every 2 weeks to monitor my progress. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Defalco did everything he could to accelerate the timeline since doing so would improve the outcome. From the point of our first meeting to surgery was less than a week. Now at 12 weeks post surgery I am pleased at the pace that I am returning to full shoulder health. He's a fine surgeon and motivator.
