Dr. Robert F Donnell

Dr.Donnell took his time with me and was very thorough and explained things mostly in a way that I could understand them.

Dr. Donnell has been my urologist for many years. He has been not only an excellent physician but a strong advocate for me. He helped me through a diagnostic process that was complicated because I had multiple serious health issues to sort through. He has been an expert physician and a compassionate and understanding human being. I think he is a model for other doctors to follow.

I had my first and last visit with this doctor today. He appears to be very knowledgable, but I feel he tries to see too many patients and cannot give adequate time on a new patient appointment. I was only the second patient, but he was over 45 minutes late. He told me he has no time to talk about anything in my past that is not directly on point now and refused to return to answer a question I had about a test that they had just given me. I found his manner brusque, arrogant and humiliating.
