My visit was very good. Everyone is very friendly and show that they care.

An amazing experience from first appointment through surgery and follow-up. I had no idea what a difference this would make in my life. I no longer have trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep because of 'restless legs'. A good nights sleep really does transform your life. This entire group is professional, kind, and extremely skilled.

Wonderful doc and staff!

I had been suffering from severe leg cramps for several years. They occurred mostly at night, and woke me up six or seven times most nights. The pain was unbearable as I limped through the house trying to make the cramps release without waking the family while I cried! I saw Dr. Ellison in May, 2017 and he treated my veins in June. We are just starting a new year and my cramping has resolved by more than ninety percent. I was skeptical if ablating the saphenous veins would make a difference, and I did have to wait for the treatment to heal. Within three months I was sleeping through the night! I just got done with my 2 day surgery today. I had the laser treatment and the ambulatory phlebectomy (removing the large bulging veins). The office staff was extremely nice and answered all of my questions. I'm one to ask a lot of questions. They were very patient on the first day when I wasn't taking the medicine very well and was feeling sick. They stopped gave me a sprite and cold rags until I started getting color back in my face and lips. Which that happened twice Dr. Ellison was patient and made sure he got all the veins out even the ones that weren't bulging yet for the nurses to mark. The second day went wonderful. I wasn't sick at all today and the procedure went wonderful!! I was able to walk around right after the surgery. I will be more then happy to get my spider veins done with them after I heal!!! As far as the insurance coverage call your insurance and ask them if they cover the appointment and if Dr. Ellison is in network. Very professional, educated staff as well as physicians! Timely visits and warm reception. They always have time to listen and answer any question or concern.

I had seen his billboards and commercials before. I finally called and scheduled an appointment. Glad I did! I couldn't be more pleased with my care at the Ellison Vein Institute. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. This treatment has really made a difference. I have been recommending Dr. Ellison to everyone!

I received excellent care from Dr. Ellison and his staff. I was most impressed when I brought an elderly friend to Dr. Ellison for treatment. He was so kind and compassionate in addition to providing the best care. It's hard to find a doctor who takes the time to show concern and listen to his patients. Thank you so much.

Dr. Ellison has a wonderful personality and treats me like he cares about my health. He explains things to me in plain terms that I can understand. The staff is always so friendly and courteous. I feel very comfortable in his office and at home there. In conclusion, Dr. Ellison has the old fashioned bedside manners that make you feel so special and you know you have the best doctor in his field. I would be honored to recommend him to my friends.

From the minute I walked in the door at Ellison Vein Insitute I became educated. First thing the friendly front desk staff informed me of my insurance coverage. I was then informed about my blood flow and condition that was causing the swelling in my legs. I would highly recommend this office as I was finally provided answers that I have been searching months for.

I been having problems with my legs and was referred to this office. At the time of the referral I had no clue who I was going to see. Someone from Robert Ellison office called to schedule a appointment. I asked her where I was going that I was new to the area being military, she said oh don't worry everything is in the packet and you'll receive it before your appointment. Day of my appointment came and nothing I didn't not receive a confirmation call or anything. I finally received the packet 3 days after my appointment followed by a bill for 25.00 for a no show appointment I was unaware of this policy nor do they have a signed paper with my name stating I was aware. I called the office 10 times and every time I would ask to speak with the office manager the person would say she is not here or unavailable. Finally after 4 weeks I finally got ahold of the office manager. When i started explaining the situation she said it was the first time hearing of this and if i would have called when i got the packet they could have worked something out. I tried to explain to her that I did contact them after i received the packet and she didn't want to hear any of it. They refuse to drop the 25.00. And didnt even try to keep me as a client. The staff is very uncaring i tried to express i don't have a lot of money, 3 kids and my husband and i share a phone which he uses for work which she verbally attacked me about my cell phone. She was extremely rude to me and didn't want to hear the situation and refused to work with me in anyway. She was not friendly nor kind. They are only out to get every penny they can and do not care if you have leg problems. Save your time and money go somewhere where the staff actually cares about you and does not treat you less than a person because that's how I felt after hanging up. I had an enlarge vein in my leg years ago. I called an asked if my insurance would cover my visit and was told "yes." I was not examined by Dr Ellison, but an ultrasound was performed by a very young male. He told me he had taken a course to get his training that was less than a year. He determined that the vein needed to be "stripped" or removed! I said, "No!" When I left they tried to charge me $340 for the visit they said was not vcovered by insurance. It is still on my credit report. I never did anything to the vein and have run 4 half marathons since then. It was very dishonest to tell me insurance would pay then fault me for not paying cash!
