Made an appointment, sat in room for an hour after leaving urine sample to be told he had to leave to go to surgery. Never saw me, never called to follow up, still got billed.

On 08/02/2016 I visit Dr Farber (at web site he suggests to see him in person) so I did. I had with me all X ray and previous doctor opinion (Health east DR. Tareem Basir total bill $204.14) The second opinion/medical decision (3 minute conversation-no history no exam) from Dr. Farber costed to me $403.00). I was planning to do HYDROCELLE surgery......... I had respond from billing department: codes for:-history-exam-medical decision There is total miscommunication between billing, doctor
