Not sure about negative reviews here. Sounds like typical disgruntled trolls. Been a patient for 10 years. Always prompt, quick and thorough care. Always kind.

Always takes his time and listens to me. Always diagnoses me correctly and gives me the right prescription to get me back in good health.

Complete unconnected with me as a patient. Prescribed medicine and didn't follow through with questions about it going into the week-end. Refused to get on the phone when I called the office and even before the end of day on Friday, not knowing how to proceed with meds., it was suggested I go to the Emergency Room by a triage person because no doctor response for three days. And rudest of all....I had an appointment yesterday. I drove in torrential rain which cause me to arrive minutes late. He told the receptionist to have me re-schedule, would not talk to me....and this despite the fact I waited 40 minutes for him on my first visit. He completely lacks patient skills and clearly does not understand the hippocratic oath to it's fullest extent. A true disappointment and a mediocre internist at best. I have been seeing Dr Figueroa for over 10 years. I have found him to be an excellent physician. He is attentive and caring and efficient . I highly recommend him

My fiancé and I just moved to Delaware and she needed a refill of birth control prescription. She called as she normally does to request it and randomly they have decided to deny it until she sees Dr. Figueroa for a check up visit. He has been prescribing her this for 2 years without a checkup appointment and just randomly decided to stop now. She told him that she made an appointment here in Delaware but the earliest she could make it for is 3 weeks away. She told him this and he still refused to fill the prescription, even enough to get her by until her appointment in Delaware. She is now going to be off birth control for 3 weeks because he decided he cares about money from office visits more than his patients health. Im glad she will be getting a new doctor. it would have been nice if he gave her a warning on her last refill that he would not give her another until she saw him.

In for a follow-up. Then charged $762 to remove a wart that he offered to remove. Ran out of liquid nitrogen, he offered, yet still charged $762. It is providers like this that destroy the confidence in our healthcare system. He mostly complained about how terrible his employer Atrium was. After 15 years, I left him and the practice.

Dr Figueroa has always been very warm and caring and listens to any concerns you have. I have been going to him for years, and recommend him to everyone

Horrendous bed side manor. I have never had a doctor put his hands on me let alone anyone. When I tried to leave the office without any conflict I told him I was leaving him a bad review and he tried shutting the dore while I was trying to leave.

I don't know where the negativity comes from in the comments, this man is amazing. He is warm caring and kind and has a super personality .....always smiling. He goes the extra mile and listens to his patients concerns. He makes me feel very comfortable and eases my concerns. He is quick and efficient. I have never waited more than 3 minutes to see him. He keeps a tight schedule which I like....However, if you need him he isn't going to leave you hanging. Very knowledgeable...a GREAT DOC!!!!!

My whole family goes to Dr. Figueroa at Davidson Clinic. He's been our doctor for over 10 years. We always feel we receive the best treatment possible from him.
