I went to Dr. Frank may of 2021. He and his staff were very friendly. After my procedure I never was informed to get lymphatic messages which caused me not to be satisfied with my results. I am now looking for a surgeon to correct my issues

Real name Abigail Massingale. I had a tummy tuck/bbl with Dr. Frank. He nailed the tummy tuck. The bbl fell flat. I went to Miami Doll for second surgery in August and they were surprised when I told the I had a bbl. Dr. Berman did a better job half the price. To make it so bad Dr Frank told me that he expected me to lose most of the fat from bbl. Dr Berman Im Megan the Stallion full now . Go to Miami better work

I am a 69 year old woman and I had liposuction done by Dr. Frank in early November. Prior to the procedure I met with Dr. Frank for consultation. He informed me of what to expect and answered all of my questions making me feel confident in proceeding. At the surgical center the staff was reassuring and professional. There were no problems and someone from the center reached out to me for a wellness check the following day. It has been approximately 2 months since the surgery and I am currently 90% satisfied with my physical appearance. Hopefully by the end of 5 months I will see 100% improvement. Thank you Dr. Frank and your friendly office staff.

So I waited a year to make my review, Let me start by saying Dr. Frank was the most honest, caring Dr.. Including his staff they are amazing. I HAD LIPO W/ TUMMY TUCK after 3 kids .I feel and look fabulous. I recommend him all the time.

I LOVE the outcome of Dr. Frank's breast augmentation. I trusted in his knowledge and I'm definitely a satisfied customer. Dr. Frank is caring, considerate, and takes his time explaining and answering questions. You will not be disappointed with Dr. Frank or his fabulous staff! From start to finish our interaction with Dr. Frank and his whole team was professional and heartfelt. This carried through in phone calls, emails and in-person visits. Even the surgery center staff was lovely and caring. We felt wonderfully taken care of and wouldn't hesitate (and already have) to family and friends. Dr Frank and his staff are the best. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. My experience with Dr Frank was as great this time as it was when I got my tummy tuck several years ago. I feel very comfortable with him and his work is outstanding! I’m only three weeks out and I can already see where this is going ! I highly recommend Dr Frank and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Please go elsewhere for any reconstruction surgery. Dr. Frank performed my arm lift and it was mediocre at best. The real problem I encountered was his lack of accountability. He made a mistake on my left arm above the elbow, essentially making it look bulky and not like the right elbow. When I first brought it to his attention he noticed the area right away, literally grabbed the "fat pad" (his words)..and said "no problem, I'll fix that when u get your next surgery". After I decided I was not comfortable with him doing any other major surgery, I simply asked if he could just fix my weird elbow. When I went in to set up a corrective surgery appointment, he suddenly "couldn't see the problem " and proceeded to gaslight me with a repeated "its maybe all in your head". Clearly EVERYONE blindfolded or not can see the problem. So now I have to pay one of his peers to fix his mistake. When I saw another surgeon to fix Dr. Frank's mistake, they weren't surprised by that, I believe his reputation proceeds him. He's known for the good botox injections, not great reconstruction. I dont expect perfection, but I do expect accountability and integrity..which he lacks both. Please go elsewhere, because if he screws something up, he probably won't fix it.. Dr Frank was excellent with my children, My 7 year old had a minor procedure in his office and he didn’t even cry , the doctor and all his staff are super friendly and very caring. My daughter also had a minor procedure done by Dr frank and everything went smoothly. We had beautiful results afterwards on both. I was referred to Dr. Frank from a dear friend. I was in the process of scheduling with a another surgery group but met with Dr. Frank and made an immediate decision to go with him. I liked his energy and his personality! He is very attentive. He listened to and addressed my concerns. He is knowledgeable and honest about what he can do and what he felt was best for my body type. Since the surgery he has made himself available to see me for every post-op appointment. His assistants (Whitney & Lisa) in the office were kind, courteous, and personable. When I decided that I wanted to do a Tummy Tuck I was referred to Real Self website and a FB group. Of course there were tons of plastic surgeons people recommended. I was interested in someone close to home. Dr Frank had great reviews and was close to home so I said I would check him out. From the consult him and his staff made me so comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and Dr Frank was so down to earth.He gave me recommendations and didn't attempt to push me to get more than I needed. He recommended an Extended Tummy Tuck with Upper Ab lipo. He told me my back looked great and I didn't need any lipo there. He asked about my pain tolerance which I do think I am pretty good with pain. He said there is a med that could assist with pain but if my tolerance is good I wouldn't need. (I didn't) Of course people on FB recommended all kinds of things for after healing. He said a lot of people purchase a lot but honestly it really depends on you and your healing process. He saved a bunch of money buying stuff that I didn't need. Now finally to my results...I LOVE THEM!! I went for my 3 month check up and saw my before pics and was amazed at how far I've come. I don't swell much but the swelling is nothing compared to my before pic! I started back working out at 6 weeks. No restrictions. He said if it didn't feel right to stop. I use alternate exercises when needed but for the most part I back to my normal workouts. I have love showing off my body! I have 2 vacations coming up and I can't wait to wear a 2 pc swimsuit. Dr. Frank is 1 of the best doctors that I ever met and his professionalism is excellent. He listened to all my concerns and helping me achieve them. With that being said, my tummy tuck is great. However, I don't feel my liposuction on my upper tummy is where it should be. I realize that I'm still healing from major surgery. I have faith that you will fix that in no time . I had the unfortunate news that I was diagnosed with Stage 2 melanoma on my back during summer. After speaking with my family doctor he directed me to Dr Frank and his team and I couldn't be more grateful! Dr. Frank, Lisa and Whitney are nothing short of amazing! They were so caring and were really there for me to help me get through it all in a time that was very scary for me. Dr. Frank really explained everything to me in a way I understood. They organized basically all of it and told me exactly what I needed to do and where I needed to do it at. This office and practice is A+ +. From the first time I called through my entire surgery and my follow-up visits, the staff and Dr. Frank are amazing. During their business hours the phone is always answered professionally and courteously. They have always followed up with me immediately with any questions I have had. Doctor Frank has a very pleasant demeanor and makes you feel very comfortable. At one point when I called the office he even answered the phone. Dr Frank and his staff, Lisa and Whitney are great! The girls make you feel completely welcome coming into the office and are always willing to answer your questions (trust me, I had a lot lol). The office is also very clean, which is important any time, but especially during a pandemic. Dr Frank is so nice and really cares about his patients. My experience with Dr. Frank and his office team, Whitney and Lisa, has been fantastic from the start. I was referred to him for breast augmentation by a friend who adored his work and the staff as well. I loved Dr. Frank’s down-to-earth tone in his bio on his website. The fact that he had also held a patent for a device used in some surgeries impressed me—I felt like someone who does that pays close attention to detail and that was a must-have for me when looking for a surgeon. Dr. Frank has a wonderful bedside manor. Lisa is very nice and reassuring. I had Liposuction and a tummy tuck done in 12/2019. I did not get the look that I wanted to achieve. I'm very disappointed. I have a kangaroo pouch on the lower part of my abdomen and the upper portion of my abdomen protrudes out. He basically told me to do sit ups and for $6000 dollars more he can fix it to give me the look I want. After paying $7000 dollars you would think you would have gotten the results you wanted. I went to consult with 3 other surgeons and basically they all told me I had a botched job and now I have to pay for another surgeon to fix what he messed up. Very disappointed. The negative comments that he even has on here blow my mind, from my experience in the service industry they are from people that expect magical outcomes without working on anything such as a regimen for the afterwards. After my original review of this place the nurse from the office called my wife and asked her to ask me to change my review. It was kind of like a bribe. Dr. Frank’s office was supposed to check with our insurance company (which they never did) to see if a procedure was covered (which it was). Three months had passed before I posted my first review and it was only after that review they decided to finally call. The nurse said their office was waiting to hear back from my wife’s eye doctor, and after hearing that I was convinced that they didn’t even try. I admit, I wanted them to help my wife and that why I changed my original review, but since it’s been 6 more months since I’ve heard from them and we found an amazing doctor that cares about my wife, I will say that these clowns are so unprofessional! It was unprofessional for his nurse to take pictures of my wife topless with her beat up cell phone, instead of a camera like her current doctor was, and acted clueless about how to save the pictures. No bedside manner (towards us at least). Please don’t call my wife nor I to ask us to change our review. No manipulation or bribery here! I knew the first time i met with Dr. Frank and his assistant Lisa that he was the one i would want to handle my surgery (tummy tuck). Everything went smoothly from the initial consultation to the day of surgery to the follow up phone call that evening to make sure how i was doing to the follow up appointments. I could not have asked for a better and more informative doctor and Lisa his assistant helped me every step of the way and responded to my emails with questions. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Frank for my breast implant revision surgery in July. After several consultations with other doctors in Chicago and Northwest Indiana, I knew immediately after our consult that he would be my plastic surgeon. I came to him with concerns from my initial breast augmentation: I had 500cc saline implants that had displaced and bottomed out over 11 years time. During my initial consultation, I was able to address my areas of concern and explain my goals for the look I wanted to achieve. Dr. Frank was so personable, attentive and gave me great options to correct my breasts. Together, we decided on 800cc Ultra High Profile Silicone implants with a bilateral pocket repair using Allograph. The day of surgery, Dr. Frank was enthusiastic and confident as he made his markings and final measurements. He addressed my last concerns and I knew I was in great hands with Dr. Frank performing my corrective surgery. Once home, he called me in the evening to check in and see how I was feeling.
