Excellent physician

Dr. Ginsberg has been my doctor for about 25 years. He has always been a super doc! I really like the concierge practice with him, since there’s more time to talk, quick connections and a full health report. Subsequently, my personal health can be explained more thoroughly and understood so much better. Dr.Ginsberg opens his ears, mind and heart to me making me always feel “well cared for”and special.

A most pleasant physician with excellent knowledge of medicines and treatments. He makes us feel like we are in good hands and we are the only concern he has during our visits. Dr. Ginsberg is truly one of a kind

Dr. Ginsberg has been my primary care doctor for 4-5 years, and I couldn't be happier. He is amazingly responsive, and I always feel that I am in very good hands. His staff is also always pleasant to deal with.

Dr. Ginsberg is a very caring, informative and knowledgeable physician who often reaches out to talk about any physical and emotional concerns that I am experiencing. One of the main reasons I have continued to be a patient of his, is that he always has a personal interest in " me" and what's happening in my life. Dr. Ginsberg is the best primary care physician I have ever visited, which is why he's been my doctor for over 20 years. He listens to you, has a great bedside manner, and clearly explains anything that seems confusing or isn't clear to someone who doesn't work in the health care system. I've never waited longer than 15-20 minutes for a scheduled appointment. His references to specialists are also excellent. Dr. Ginsberg and his staff are exemplary, it is rare these days that you fine a Dr. who is not judgmental and is willing to listen and ask the tough questions that most of us do not want answer in a way that lets you know he really cares, while making you feel e really understands. I noticed that the most recent post on this site was almost a year ago. I feel it should be updated to assure those who look at these sites that Dr. Ginsberg continues to be the best doc you can have. I really have never posted on one of these sites and i was just looking up his web page when I saw you could comment. Dr. Ginsberg is really, really good. He explains everything, his staff is excellent, his "bedside manner" is folksy and superb...and his genuine care for his patients shines through. If you are looing for a primary care doc in area, this is your choice. I don't know if he is taking on more patients or not, but I cant recommend him enough. Dr. Ginsberg is bright and alert, sage, thoughtful, careful, compassionate, enjoyable, serious, encouraging, optimistic, reassuring and just a plain great guy.

Many thanks to Dr. Ginsberg for excellent care over many years. The drawings he makes to explain things in lay-person's terms are so helpful, and his patience in making sure I'm clear and comfortable with decisions is highly valued. I appreciate that he doesn't just prescribe a drug before exploring all alternatives. Even though he's been practicing for a long time, he continues learning things on the cutting edge. Expert medical care, no wait for appointment, seen promptly, polite and friendly office staff. Dr. Ginsberg is highly qualified and experienced.I have considerable confidence in his medical knowledge. But I will also let you know that I also have physicians in a number of other specialties. Cardiologist, opthalmologist, Dermatologist, ENT, who I see regularly or whenever I have questions within those areas.And there is an urgent care facility very close to my home that I have used when an issue arises on weekends or after office hours and I don't need to see my primary about it. Dr. Ginsberg has been my PCP for over 30 years. When he converted his practice to MDVIP a couple of years ago, I hesitated in making the switch. I'm sure glad I did! I have had a few health issues in the past two years which required a quick response from Dr. Ginsberg. In all cases, I was able to get an appointment to see him very quickly, and often times was able to talk directly with him ahead of time. He always gives me plenty of time to talk and investigate what's going on. He also is terrific about calling me back, frequently in the evening, with follow-up information. Dr Ginsburg is extremely thorough, respectful, a great listener and diagnostician. He painstakingly explains, with drawings, what I need to understand. My annual exams are very comprehensive. At the end, I know what I need to tweak to be as healthy as possible. He has a great sense of humor and is office staff is extremely polite and helpful. I've never waited more than 10min to see him. After receiving very poor, inattentive care from Dr. Ginsberg for 3+ years, he is now switching to an extremely expensive ($1,650 per year extra just to see him as your primary care) VIP program, which, having been his patient for this long, is just an absurd concept. The man has, is, and will do the absolute bare minimum for his patients. Wait times are consistently ridiculous, with 60 minutes being the norm. His desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They ignored calls and emails, prescription requests, etc. And most of all, Dr. Ginsberg isn't a good doctor. I suffer from a serious neurologic condition, which I've asked specifically for help time and time again. He has failed to provide any help. Not a good recommendation for a neurologist, not a hospital to try, not a good PT, just nothing. Avoid this man, and do not under any circumstances be fooled into paying extra to see him. For the past 20-plus years I have found Dr. Ginsberg to be accessible whenever needed, patient and thorough in explaining health issues, and an excellent diagnostician. His approach is very personal, and he takes an holistic approach to health and wellness. His staff has always treated me with warmth and professional competence.
