Dr Graves is Awesome!!Spends time with me and makes sure I understand what’s going with my health.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the Phreesia check-in was easy making check-in time quick and easy. The front office staff is top notch. Dr Graves is an amazing Physician. He calmed my anxiety about my dog bites and his clinical staff were so kind and efficient. Great place.

Dr. Graves is the best! He spent so much time with me addressing all of my concerns. I never felt anything less than fully supported and heard in his office. I saw Dr. Graves during a verry dificult time in my life, he was entirely proffesional, compassionate and thorough in ensuring I recieved all the care I needed. I highly recomend! I saw Dr Graves for several years ... I had to stop seeing him when I moved 200 miles away ... but I am back now and He is the one that caught the fact that I have lupus and now that I'm having severe neurological disorders and losing my eyesight... I plan to go back to him ... I wanted to leave this review because he knows each and every one of his patients by name and he remembers the little intricacies that make us unique ... At the end of the day when I'm dealing with the serious health issues, he's the only doctor that I want to see. I ended up here, where I can leave a review, because I was looking up his number so that I can call and make an appointment with him again ... When I felt my needs weren’t being met, dr. graves handled things very unprofessionally. He sent me a letter that prohibited my treatment from any seton providers from not only burnet, where I live, but also from Marble Falls, Lampasas or Bertram. Don’t waste your time scheduling with this practice. He’s too busy as it is to care for his current patient base according to Debra, his nurse.
