I have full coverage insurance, the accounting department never sends a bill, but will send my bill to a collection agency. This has been done 3 times in the last 3 years. When I call to pay they say there is no balance. Beyond frustrated.

Love both the medical and cosmetic side of this business! I've always had very acne prone, sensitive, red skin and the Novel Skin Solutions side (upstairs) has an amazing team that has helped me manage my skincare routine for years. The chemical peels are chefs kiss and very relaxing. I feel so special with the goodie bags they send you off with after lol. They usually have samples so you don't have to spend a lot of $$ on products that might not work for you. Once you find the products that do work, it's easy to stop by the front desk and stock up when needed. Oh! And they have skin friendly makeup - found my holy grail foundation there and my skin loves it! I've also had a couple of scares with moles and spots on my body and the Center For Excellence side (downstairs) eased my nerves and took care of me. Mole removal was quick, minimal pain, and had wonderful results! I tried another dermatologist that accepted my insurance but I had a terrible experience (mole removal was painful and left a scar and she told me moles = diabetes which scares me), so now I will never go anywhere other than Center for Excellence/Novel Skincare Solutions. 10/10 recommend this company for all your skincare needs ESPECIALLY if you have anxiety! I was seriously unimpressed with my experience here. I came in for a rash on my face. My appointment was less than ten minutes long, and the doctor didn't do any sort of testing. She took a picture of my face with her iPad and diagnosed some sort of rash. I was prescribed FOUR different medications for this rash, and NONE of them worked. The last one that was prescribed costed over $100. Not to mention this very brief appointment costed me $336.88. No testing, nothing! I called to dispute the bill with no luck. So I went online to pay and they only accept paypal. I will not be returning here. This was the worst dermatologist experience I've ever had. The rash on my face is still alive and well. Not impressed. My husband did three weeks of medication for his face and arms. He went in today and they checked his face and never looked at his arms.

I am so pleased with what Dr. Hopp did for me! I had some basal cell skin cancer removed from my scalp that was really deep (I waited a long time to deal with it - my fault) so it required removing enough tissue that the hair follicles were gone too. He figured out a way to do a graft so I wouldn’t have a bald spot that required minimal resectioning on my scalp and as small piece that had to be grafted as possible. He was so gentle and so good about numbing the area so I wouldn’t be in pain while he was working on me. It’s healing well with very little pain or discomfort. So pleased!

What a great experience I've had here. All the providers I've met are super helpful and knowledgeable. And Dr Hopp will join in on exams if ever needed.

Dr.Hopp is amazing. He knows what he is doing and does not try to sell you on other products. It is nice to be able to go in without anyone giving you a sales pitch as to why you should get more stuff.
