Love dealing with Phipps when it comes to any health concerns I may have. She is easy to talk to, relatable, and gives empathy to her patients. She also does everything she can, to figure out how best to help each of her patients. Staff throughout the whole building was amazing as well!

I felt a little disregarded about my medical concerns.

This was my first visit with Dr. Phipps. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and took the time to review my medical records and medical history. She explained things in a clear, easy to understand way and did not rush me out of the office.

I mentioned my finger which was not why I came in and she gave it close attention and guidance for treating it.I was frustrated that I called in on Monday early morning - was told nurse would call me back. I was really sick with a bad chest cold. Nurse did not call for 24 hours - she was helpful. Next available appt was that Friday - I had hoped to get in sooner - I do understand there are a lot of ill people right now. I don't call the dr hardly ever. I do like My Chart and use it a lot

I have been struggling emotionally and mentally lately with various circumstances in my life and have been feeling quite a bit off, enough that I felt it was important to bring it up to my provider. She took all the time I needed to listen to my concerns, comfort me when I was upset, was very empathetic and encouraging, and made be feel significantly better just by talking to me. She helped me get on the right track with my medication and I feel like I have direction again. This visit was exactly what I needed and I'm extremely grateful that she's my provider.

I expected more of a physical, eyes, ears, thyroid, etc. Yes and No answers generated by a computer was different than what I have experienced in the past. It seemed so sterile. At my age, maybe I'm too old fashioned. I like Dr. Phipps, but was surprised by the "exam".
