Dr. Robert Li

Dr. Li replaced my knee in 2020 right before the pandemic hit. I was in so much pain before the surgery. It was a TOTAL success. I am feeling so much better and doing things now that were impossible. Him and his staff and the hospital are awesome. The care he gives patients is excellent. I would recommend him to all. Because of the success on my left knee and the hard work of the rehab my right knee which eventually will need surgery can wait. Dr. Li will be doing my next replacement. After having a total right knee replacement done by Dr. Li in 2019 I just had a total left knee replacement done by Dr. Li. July 27, 2021. I was very satisfied with the Doctor and my results. He is very respectful and is there at all times to answer any questions I might have for him. I would refer him to anyone looking for an excellent doctor. He is very professional. Dr. Li is a courteous, knowledgeable professional who explains what is happening very well. He is compassionate and caring. He did my hip revision and carefully monitored my recovery. I consider myself fortunate to be under his care.

I previously posted a negative review here for Robert Li, because the way he treated my mother was absolutely unacceptable. He violated her rights to privacy by disclosing her private information to other patients at his clinic. His bedside manner proves that he does not care for the well-being of his patients. He publicly humiliates them and intimidates them by giving them false diagnoses that are not backed by evidence. Although I have already filed a complaint against him with New York Presbyterian, I have heard nothing back from them. Furthermore, my previous review has been removed. His dirty deeds need to be exposed and corrected so that no one else falls victim to this fraud. Please be aware. Stay away from this so-called medical professional. Nasty and arrogant. If you’ve received surgery abroad, he discriminated against you and refuses to serve you. Don’t waste your time with this person who isn’t worthy to be a doctor.

Outstanding doctor and professional staff.

Dr. Robert Li was my surgeon for my right knee. He performed a total knee replacement and I could not be any happier with the results!! Dr. Li was very personable, professional, yet approachable. Easy to talk to and listens to what you have to say. He was set to do my left knee but due to the present pandemic that surgery was postponed until further notice but I am certainly looking forward to Dr. Li performing that pending surgery too. I would highly recommend him!!!

Amazing surgeon answers all questions and excellent bedside manner. My mom had a quick recovery thanks to Dr.Li's expert skills.

On April 12 Dr. Robert Li and physician assistant Susie Xiou did a total hip replacement on my right leg I was so scared going in and they made me so comfortable I truly consider them the dream team he is in amazing physician and I will continue to go back to him for anything else that Ails me as well as where anybody else should see him if you have any ailments!!! Excellent Dr as well as excellent PA Susie Xiou! Professional in all aspects! Can’t recommend enough! Eleanore his medical biller is just as great in the aspect of her field! My mom had a knee replacement surgery. Dr. Li is awesome! Surgery was very successfully. All the staffs are kind, genuine and caring. Post surgery, the Doctor is still on top of her case. Definitely going back for the other knee. Hope no one would need to go through this. But if you do need to do so, Dr Li is the one you want to go! Many Many thanks! Dr. Li is a wonderful surgeon. He took care of me when I broke my hip and I felt he was always there with me during my road to recovery. I am now doing all the things I used to be able to do prior to my injury, thanks to Dr. Li!

Super nice doctor!!! You can tell he loves what he does. Staff are also very friendly, efficient, and waiting was no time at all. Highly recommend this doc if you suffer from hip or knee arthritis he can take care of you.

Went to see Dr. Li with my mom who suffers from bad knee arthritis. Did not rush us to surgery like other surgeons would. Instead he took his time explaining my mom's condition and treatment options to her in Chinese. Very nice doctor with excellent bedside manner!
