Robert A Martello

My mother is/was a patient of Dr. Martello. We both really liked him, but now we got a message from the office saying he is gone. No answers, no reasons, and now they just assign a new Dr. to my mother. We called and get no answers on why he left or where he is.

He’s been my doctor for many many years. I’m sad that he left the Eustis office. I trusted him and the advice he gave me. I’m a healthier person because of him. I’m still hoping he sets up another practice because I would go there in a heartbeat.

Dr. Martello has been our physician 20+ years and now is no longer with Advent Health. Is there any chance he will be establishing his own practice some where in the area?

Doctor Martello has been my primary physician since I was a child! Doc has always had deep ties with the community and cares for families like they were his own! Dr Martello is great but can’t say anything good about his office staff. They tried to say I threatened them by saying I was going to call corporate on them. Office staff does not answer phones, don’t follow up on anything that the doctor wants patient to have, been waiting over 2 months for a referral that I need for treatment with no response or they try to say oh it didn’t go thru, really if I hadn’t called it would still be in lingo. When he has his office in Umatilla he has great staff but now it sucks big time don’t waste ur time Dr Martello is great but can’t say anything good about his office staff. Absolutely the best Dr I've ever had in my 64 years. Caring, compassionate and extremely competent. You won't find a better MD.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Martello for about 19 years. He is always there for us. His staff is great. We hope we never have to ever find another Primary Care physician. He gets a 5 star rating from us. Richard and Connie Street.

I appreciate his time that he spends listening to the patient. He not only listens but discusses the situation with the patient.
