Dr Molinari performed scoliosis surgery on our daughter several years ago. We went out of town to Rochester from Buffalo because we weren’t comfortable with any of our local physicians From our first phone call to our last follow up Dr Molinari and his staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable

I had an accident and broke my back in 3 places. If not for the expertise of Dr. Molinari and his team I dont think I would be walking today. I feel he has saved my life. I cant thank him enough.

I arrived 15 mins early to my appointment. Asked me questions and cut me off while I was answering them. Then, he asked me to take my shoes off, walk toward him, walk away from him, and get dressed. Apparently I am fine. All this in a visit that took less than 10 minutes. Seemed very pleased to be leaving his office earlier than planned on a Friday.

Dr. Molinari was my surgeon for my L5-S1 fusion, over 15 years later I am going strong. I will be seeking his consult on my recent cervical herniations.

Well I went to this doctor because of his high rating, I was disappointed! I saw him a few times, and the last visit, he said he couldn't help me, and just walked out, and left me hanging. I will NEVER go back and I would not recommend him! Pamela Trout

Dr. Molinari had to perform emergency surgery on my husband on L1, L2, L3 and T12 after a traumatic incident. He explained the surgery and confirmed that we understood and that we wanted to go forward. He came in to check on my husband every morning almost that he was on the trauma floor to make sure everything was going ok. Now as he follows up every three months he let us decide what surgery or if we wanted my husband to have a second surgery and know that he is always here if we need him or change the plan. I also was very happy/impressed with the staff we had an appointment at 11:00 and vitals, xray and Dr. Molinari had seen us by 11:30 and we were out the door which is amazing for a speciality office. I had decided to have spine surgery after living with pain for years from spinal stenosis and from the first time I meant Dr. Molinari I knew i was in the best of hands. He explained everything about my condition and surgery and he and his staff have been there for me every step of the way. He is a very caring person and surgeon. He gets a five star rating from me.

Dr.Molinari freed me from 24/7 nerve pain ongoing for 6 months.He is a caring and top notch surgeon with a great team.It has been 3 weeks since my surgery and the pain is gone..I made a great choice in a surgeon and highly recommend him.I am very grateful for his expertise.

Dr Molinari is phenomenal and has excellent bedside manner. The fact that he personally came to check in on me the morning after surgery sold me that he cares. His staff is as good as they come: knowledgeable, caring and personable.

I love Dr Molinari. I've been a patient of his since 2010 and he has always been there for me. I realize this is late in coming, but I would be remiss if I didn't leave a review. Dr. Molinari was recommended to me by my primary physician after I had completed physical therapy, and cortisone shots for Spinal Stenosis at L2 and L3 and Spondylolisthesus in L5 at S1 in my back. His first meeting was to the point and very candid. He told me I had a 80 to 90 percent chance of pain relieve with the Lumbar Laminectomy. The morning before the surgery went fast. I saw Dr. Molinari in prep and just before surgery. After waking up in recovery Dr. Molinari stopped by quick to see how I was doing, I said fine. Later that evening I was able to walk with a nurse down the hall and 2 times around the nurses station with no pain in my back or legs. I saw Dr. Molinari 6 weeks after the surgery and he was very pleased by my outcome. My progress has been great I followed his advise, I have no pain in my back or legs I thank God for this fine surgeon and the staff he has. John Jenkins

Dr. Molinari and his staff are wonderful! He helped with some very difficult situations with our daughters. He was always kind and upbeat and answered all our questions.

Top notch surgeon and best staff. Highly recommended. He has helped my mother and now myself. A day after surgery on C6 fusion, I am up and around like I never had surgery, simply amazing. I would come back in a flash. Amazing group!

Dr. Molinari told my husband he could help him and he did just that. He is now healed from the surgery and is pain free after having severe pain for several months.

From the second he walked in the door I knew he had. I interest in talking to me. Looked at me like “what are you doing here”? Not one bit of compassion in him. I left the office crying because I had a feeling of complete hopelessness. I would NEVER recommend such a smug man to anyone.

Dr. Molinari is a very good doctor. Great surgeon and I felt very confident in him doing my back surgery. I travelled from Binghamton, NY to have him do my surgery. Strong hospital and all the staff are exceptional! I would recommend them to anyone.

After a back-flip injury severally herniated an arthritic L5 disc. I was in a Severe Case situation at the age of 27. Dr. Molinari preformed a discectomy and all that is included in repairing such injury. 6 weeks later now. Pain is cured. Muscles are rebuilding full strength, and motion is almost returned. Dr. Molinari is upbeat and confident in his craft which gives ease to patients, the spirit is with him. I am recommending him to anyone he can help. May God always bless him and all he touches

A great doctor that actually takes the patients future into consideration.

I have been a spinal patient since 2002. I find Dr. Molinari to explain the surgical procedure throughly. His medical knowledge and positive support assures me of the best surgical outcome. I can depend on him to see me when I call for an appointment. My positive surgical outcomes show that Dr, Molinari is the best in his speciality. This orthopedic center is busy and you could have a problem finding a parking space.

He performed Laminotomy low back surgery on me. Hi is EXCELLENT surgeon and one of the best people I ever met.

Dr. Molinari has a well earned reputation as one of the best orthopedic surgeons in practice today. He saved my life. That says it all.

I am so grateful to Dr. Molinari for his kindness and respect which he bestowed. Dr. M has special gifts, not only as a very talented surgeon, but more fundamentally as a person. The surgery itself took 5 hours and later that same evening, I was up, out of bed, walking around the unit. He not only corrected my neck, he helped me heal emotionally and added so much to my life. Thank you, Dr.

Dr. Molinari's office & staff are extremely efficient. I have had Two successful back surgeries performed by him. My initial appointments were great. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment setting. I have never waited long at the office. Dr. Molinari himself is very friendly and listened to my specific questions and concerns. After the surgery(s) my quality of day to day living has improved 100%. I highly recommend him as he is a great person with a great professional manner.

Dr. Molinari's team saved my life over Memorial Day weekend. He not only saved my life, I have full function of my entire body and am working out again after seven weeks. Words will never describe how our my entire family feels about Dr. Molinari and the compassion he showed each one of us during the most trying of times.

After months of lower back and leg pain and trying injections and therapy, I went to Dr.Molinari, he said he was sure he could help me and he did. He showed me my MRI and explained what he could do for me and how it would help. He is courteous, pleasant and caring, I would highly recommend him and his PA Bill.

Dr. Molinari performed a microdiscectomy to alleviate severe sciatic nerve pain from a herniated disc. The moment I woke up from surgery the leg pain was gone. I was able to walk the same day of the surgery, and was back to work and off narcotic pain meds one week after surgery. He was very attentive to my concerns, scheduled my surgery quickly, and has a certain swagger about him that, combined with his experience and credentials, instills confidence that the desired outcome will be achieved.

He is extremely efficient and the office was also . I had a successful back surgery . I didt have to wait long for an appointment and never waited long at the office. He is very friendly and listened to my specific questions and concerns. My quality of day to day living has improved 100%. I have reccommended him to several people. He was reccommended. To me by my daughter who works in the ER at Strong .

I experienced progressive low back pain until I almost couldn't walk or stand. At my appointment with Dr Molinari, he said that a lumbar laminectomy would eliminate the pain associated with walking and standing. He was right! I was standing, walking, and doing stairs right after the surgery and thereafter. No pain meds needed. The doctor is personable and professional and I would recommend him.

He is the best!! I had low back pain since Sept '15. After the runaround through Unity Hosp, I went rogue and called Dr Molinari in Feb '16. He saw me, instantly said he could fix the problem, and 3 days later I had a discectomy. I woke up from surgery with instant relief. I didn't even need pain meds. The relief from over 5 month of debilitating back pain was enough. I was depressed and frustrated and Dr Molinari fixed me and I was back to work in only 2 weeks. Friendly, honest, amazing Doctor.
