Great quick appointment! Got everything I needed and staff was very kind and helpful.

Had an appointment for 10:30am, got to me quickly. It was a very smooth experience. i highly recommend it.

The exam experience is 100% solid. My only issue is the cost of glasses. I recently purchased lenses for 2 pair of glasses (I provided the frames) and the cost was $1200. I did not have insurance. I also got some of the pricier upgrades for the lenses like progressive, transition, anti-glare, polycarbonate, and HD. There were also 3 upcharges totaling $200 related to me providing my own frames. I might return for the exam, but I'll checkout a different source for the glasses in the future.

The Doctor is very good. The receptionist is rude, confrontational. I won't be back. I tried, because I really like the doctor, but that receptionist is awful, I just can't.

I have been going to Pearle Vision in Snellville for the last 8 years and they have always been professional, easy to get an appointment with, maintained a clean store, and have several options on glasses and frames. They are always transparent on pricing and will guide you to glasses within your budget and will help you find contact brands most comfortable and fitting for your lifestyle and vision. I have never had a problem with my eye experience at this location. They always have friendly staff and are open almost everyday.

Dr. Park was efficient yet thorough. Very much appreciated. The technicians and staff were kind.

it was honestly such a good experience. very quick & efficient. i think that's the quickest i've EVER been in & out of an eye exam.

The doctor was incredible. The way he treated me was above and beyond. I didn’t feel like just a patient. He made sure I understood everything and explained every thing he did as he went along. He was very informative. I highly recommend Dr. Park at Pearle Vision!

All employees were courteous and kind. ???? I didn’t have to wait which was wonderful!???????? Dr Park was thorough and answered all of my questions. His assistant was also great at her tasks. Thank you for prompt and caring service.

I received a complete exam, the doctor explained everything and was very attentive.

My eye exam went really good today I got some new glasses I will be coming back

The Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to address any concerns or questions.

The young man who had me fill out paperwork was also very friendly and made talk with me!! I wish I’d gotten his name. Then Trisha who helped me with my glasses! Dr Park and his staff are very professional. The young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She prepared all my paperwork for my insurance company. Plus tried to get me a rebate. Went beyond and above to take care of me. Thanks for making a pleasant experience.

Everyone was very personable and efficient.. I was in and out which I really appreciated!

The 2 girls at the desk were very helpful and the doctor was very nice and very helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable.

Not all Pearle Vision’s are created equally. This is not only a great Pearle Vision, but among the best opticians I have seen. We have a new eye doctor, woo!

My family always get great eye service at this Pearle location, whether it’s our annual eye check-up or to purchase new glasses. We really like Dr. Park plus the great customer service in each department area.

Wasted an hour of my time, without ever getting an eye exam. One person at desk was nice the other was rude. Will not go back nor recommend.

My 1st time at the store. They greeted me as soon as I came in. I was helped immediately and the doctor informed me of everything that was going on with my eyes

I always love coming to this location. I travel 29 miles because of service excellence and they ALWAYS have the best trend setting frames in town!! Their buyer is and staff are AMAZING!!!

Everything was clean, organized and sanitary! All of the Covid precautions were followed. Dr. Park took so much time explaining to me how progressive are designed to work as they are new to me. He even drew me a diagram! I then worked Chantelle, the ophthalmic tech. She also took the time to help me pick out the perfect frames and explained how my insurance plan worked! This is the second time I have come to this place none of the works were friendly or even knew what insurance they took I am sick of the running around all the get no progress their employees are very unprofessional and lack the knowledge of their job
