I have been Dr. Durants patient for over 8 years and he is the best doctor i have ever had ... He always spends time talking to me about any issues I'm having ! Love this doctor !

This is by far the worst doctors office I have been to. I have been a patient of this establishment for many years and it yet still has not improved. The staff are very disorganized and very incoherent of what is happening. I have complained to the manager and she always says they are trying to fix the problems. The physicians and staff are not really concerned as far as wanting to find the best treatment possible. The doctor will usually see you for 6-8mins, but they make it seem like you're a burden to their time. Getting any referrals is just a waste of time since they always seem to forget to send them out. I have had many occasions where they never write the referrals and thus making you schedule another appointment to have it fixed. I have paid 60 dollars twice for two office visits just to get them to resend my referrals after they told me they have sent them. This place honestly needs to fire the entire staff and rehire a professional staff that are willing to cater to your health needs on a timely manner. If you make an appointment at 1:00pm you will not see the doctor till 2:05pm even when there are only a few patients. If you have any prior engagements then be prepared to put cancel because the wait time is extremely long. This place is only here for your money and not the well being of the patient. The Doctors, nurses and staff always have your best interest in mind and heart. The care you receive is always above board and true.
