Dr.Shackleton is an awesome doctor! He has tons of experience as a doctor and is very passionate about his patients.

Very friendly, asked many questions concerning the inquiry (as needed to diagnose), examined x rays with me, explained healing/recovery expectations, and made sure I was comfortable. Staff was very fast, and I didn't wait long. I was happy that my appointment time was my actual appointment time.

Correctly diagnosed my spinal issues and referred me to a doctor for treatment.

My Primary Care Doctor refered me to Doctor Habazt for my shoulder. They accepted my insurance which I have a high deductible insurance. I paid my portion. Again I was referred to Doctor Habatz for my lower back and leg issues. While waiting for my appointment the front desk called me and said that Doctor Habazt would not see me because of my insurance that they already accepted 2 months before. Even with me accepting responsibility for any charges , front desk said Doctor Habazt will not see me. So I made a appointment with a doctor that would accept my cash payment. This is the first time that I ever heard of a Doctor not providing his service to see a ailing patient while willing to pay cash. Would not recommend or ever go back there again. Staff can be hostile

I have been going to The Bone & Joint Clinic for over 3 years. I can't say enough good things about the staff. I have never sat in the waiting room for long periods of time. Dr. Chiu and Shane listen to me when I talked to them and do everything possible to make me feel better.
