Dr Swangards office sent me to collections for 58.21 after they failed to contact my insurance from services pertaining to an ER visit. His Billing office hung up on me after not allowing any questions to verify which insurance they used for billing. The office person would not even let me ask any questions and would not even provide me with the name of who I was speaking with. She over talked her position and then hung up saying she did not have to talk with me at all or provide any information to me. Not even able to have any communication. Terrible service...
