Must have fell off face of earth… left messages multiple times through all business hours with no response on sleep study test from month ago. Also MB full on direct line, with no receptionist, conveniently enough.

Dr. Tufts was thorough and complete in his work with me. He is a kind and understanding man who LISTENS to the patient. I recommend him highly

Trying to make an appointment and the office is NEVER open!!!!!! They don’t even call back after you leave a message.

Was referred by primary care for sleep apnea. The office is closed all the time. They have no web site for the office or email. Once I did finally see them I was given a monitor to take home. In the follow up visit I was told I needed a cpap machine as the apnea was severe. Was sent for additional testing overnight, though already approved for the cpap. Was told this was necessary so they could adjust the settings properly. it took 6 months to get the cpap. Wanted to purchase my cpap outside of insurance but was told I had to use Regional Home care who's office was 10 feet from Dr. Tufts office. When I went there to pick up the cpap I was told they are self regulating, makes you wonder why I was told I had to do the additional testing. Have called them 4 times during day time hours in the past 2 weeks and the office has been closed each time. At this point it almost a game to see if I can ever catch them open. Mind you none of my messages have been returned. There seems to be something suspect going on. If you need urgent care you can not possibly use them, they are completely unreliable. I started seeing him after I almost died from a breathing problem, he saved my life!

I've been seeing Dr. Tufts for years now and the quality of my sleep and overall health has been greatly improved as a result of his overseeing my sleep apnea. He has a wonderful manner and I recommend him highly.

Was very good, but recently has fallen off a cliff. His office never seems to return my calls, having recently been hospitalized with a pulmonary issue my cardiologist wanted me to follow up with a pulmonologist. I have been trying to contact him to no avail, guess it's time to change dostors
